Best New Faucet Installation in Saint Louis MO

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I had dropped so much money into this problem it is embarrassing. Finally! Someone fixed the problem and no mystery smell. Could not be happier. Thank you so much. Oh- they even followed-up the next day to make sure it was still going well.

We needed our water heater replaced in January 2021 and decided to go with Anytime Plumbing after getting several quotes. Steve, the owner, and one of his workers showed up on time and did a good job. Though he tried to tell us it wasn’t necessary, we paid an extra $100 for a permit in case we decide to sell our house. Steve said he’d go to city hall later that week to get the permit process started. I have been trying to reach him since February about the permit with no response to email, voicemail or text. It’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting. It makes me wonder if maybe something is not up to code and that’s why he’s avoiding the permit. I will say that the water heater has been working fine.

In typical fashion of someone incapable of owning up to their mistakes and taking responsibility for there poor actions. Mr Jaggies wife Sara gave the company a 5 star review to off set my husbands 1 star review. The funny thing is if Mr.Jaggie was smart, he would have called me and appoligized for the way he spoke to me. This would have warded off the poor reviews he received from me and my husband. But whether it’s an ego problem or just plain ingorance, Mr.Jaggie hasn’t figured out how to handle customers properly and deserves the poor reviews he’s earned his company.

My family and I have been using Python for years. From fixing pipes in my moms slab house with taking time not to damage any more kitchen floor than needed to fixing sewer lines in the yard. We have used them to install a new water heater as well. After a few months of huge water bills they found our leak and repaired shotty water supply lines that were done improperly 40+ years ago at our auto repair shop. These guys went above and beyond to not affect our daily workload any more than they had to and still get the job done right, on time and at a honest price. They are courteous, professional and really care about what they are doing.

They responded quickly to my request and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I didn't start with them this time but I will definitely not make that mistake next time. Kunkel Plumbing will be my first call

Plumbing Masters is the best! I've used them for several years now. I never have to feel weird about having the guys in the house if I'm home alone (they are very professional) or worry about somebody trying to talk me into unnecessary work or charges. In fact, they have helped me save money several times. I use them for HVAC inspections/work as well, and once they even fixed my washer. :) Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this family owned business. I reached out to Honey Do online via their website. They responded promptly the next day, and had me on their schedule within 24 hours. The owner and his crew were very professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. The installation/problem was more complicated than originally thought, and they were diligent and had it figured out in no time. I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided. Its the best customer service experience I've had in a long time!

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.

The ratings are probably phony, this company can not even return a phone call in the time they say they will. Do not trust the reviews I feel they are friends and family giving the ratings. Good businesses return phone calls in a timely manner !!! This is becoming a common practice among businesses. Must not need the work or they can not do it@!
