Recap: I recommend going into the Henry showroom to look at things in person but never to purchase from here.

I work as a designer/GC coordinator and had a client who had purchased all of her plumbing fixtures for a large bathroom at Henry, which the plumber had recommended. A couple weeks after obtaining the fixtures, she decided to go with a different color scheme. We went through her receipts to find the return policy and there was nothing that was clear in the paperwork, so I had her call Henry. When she asked if there would be any issue returning the items, the sales associate said a cheerful, No! Not at all. (I know this because I was present when the call was made on speaker phone). This was not the case. She was able to return the items that Henry had in stock for a full refund but anything that they had ordered through the supplier was subject to a 60 percent restocking fee, which applied to over $2000 worth of items. It would be one thing if the employee had told her that over the phone, and though it still would have been outrageous in my opinion, at least we would have known before purchasing the new fixtures. My client spoke to various Henry employees over the next week explaining the miscommunication but Henry never made it right. I have spoken with the plumber that we used and told him that any future job he does with us would not use Henry and suggested he not use them for other jobs as well.

Overall, I recommend going to Henry to see fixtures in person but never to buy from them. The same exact items are available at Amazon and Wayfair and their customer service is exponentially better, with no restocking fees and often free return shipping. Also, Kohler, Moen, Delta, etc will still honor any lifetime warranties if you purchase from Amazon or Wayfair. There's really no reason to purchase from Henry. I hope this saves someone else from losing a lot of money like my client did!

This last job was small, and although I tried, I couldn't fix the issue. I took Robert 28 minutes. My previous job with Maplewood P&S was much more involved. They did a great job, were pleasant to work with, and were reasonably priced. From now on, they're my go-to plumbers.

We have used a couple other plumbing companies over the years for services and nobody ever really stood out as exceptional.

So recently when we needed our plumbing stacks replaced, we called a few places for quotes. Performance Plumbing came out quickly, provided a fair estimate and won our business over the competition. I'm happy to say, we will use these guys from here on out.

They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly they took measures to put runners down throughout the house so as to not damage or dirty the floors. They cleaned up after themselves when finished and their pricing was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Performance Plumbing...you won't be disappointed!

Matt and his crew had to go the extra mile to complete the job. It added many more hours to the job. It began to snow but the job was still unfinished. They stayed with it and got the job done. Norman did a great job painting our front porch. He responds fast and is trustworthy. He also was very helpful in giving advice regarding weather treatment. The price was very fair too.

Excellent craftsman, excellent office personnel, excellent communcation as to when they can get to you.

I needed emergency service and my tech, Justin, arrived in the middle of the night as promised. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. He completed the job promptly and was very courteous. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future and will make sure to ask for Justin. All costs were explained before the job started and there was no obligation to any fees associated with them coming out to take a look at the problem. I was very relieved that I didn't have to pay them just to walk in the door as with some other plumbing companies. I have peace of mind with my sewer lines and that is worth more than anything. Plumbing Masters is the best! I've used them for several years now. I never have to feel weird about having the guys in the house if I'm home alone (they are very professional) or worry about somebody trying to talk me into unnecessary work or charges. In fact, they have helped me save money several times. I use them for HVAC inspections/work as well, and once they even fixed my washer. :) Highly recommend.

Came right over in brutally cold weather. Had frozen pipes which they inspected and recommended what to do. Didn’t try to sell us anything else. Pleasure to work with.

Hired them recently to complete the plumbing in my basement bathroom. They did a quality job and completed it on time. Because of thier great work I hired them again to do the plumbing in my master bathroom tub to shower conversion.

Very disappointed. Called for an emergency on a Tuesday evening. Spoke to someone who took my info. They tried to get a hold of a technician right away, but were unable. They would get them a message and someone would be in contact shortly.

After waiting 30 minutes (keep in mind this is during a plumbing emergency!) no one called. I tried to call back, and the person I spoke to (different from the first) had no idea what I was talking about and said all they could do was try and reach out again.

I said no thank you.

If you are going to promote yourself as a 24/7 emergency service you should, at the very least, return a phone call to say sorry we can't take the job right now.

Fortunately, a neighbor was able to recommend someone who promptly answered their phone, and was able to let me know within 5 minutes if a technician was available. Which is how it should be done.
