I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

Matt came out twice to Pacific Ice Rink on emergency calls. Fixed 3 overflowing toilets on a Friday night at 8pm. Next we had 4 pipes burst day after Christmas. Again Matt was there within hours. Kids did not miss an ice time and everything was fixed within an hour. We will use Python from here on out!!!!!

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

Awesome experience with Roto-Rooter. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, someone called to tell me when the serviceman was coming, and then the serviceman, Jason, came out very quickly (on a holiday nonetheless) to look into my backed up drain. Jason was so polite and friendly, made sure to wear booties to keep the rain off my floors, and explained everything clearly and kindly. He even helped me take the next steps needed to help start the repair process, calling the floor restoration folks for me. Highly recommend!

They came on time - Charged me $149 to clean the main, but when the sinks still did not drain wanted to charge me again to come back out. Go somewhere else - maybe find someone who can get the job done right the first time cause it is not these guys.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

We recently used Rel-O Plumbing for several plumbing issues. I was impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, and communication throughout the process. What I especially loved, was that he called me to follow up to make sure that I was happy with the repairs and service. I don't think I have ever had someone reach out to do that. I found their service to be beyond expectations and made me appreciate not only the work being done correctly and reasonably, but the value of the customer. I highly recommend this company and would definitely refer and use their services again.
