Vincent & Collin. I know you two probably can't wait to get 5 min of sleep! The long hours you put in even before my location (10+ hours just with my call) and still being so kind and professional! It took me several phone calls over the course of 5 hours to get ahold of anybody at this company other than the secretary and the emergency plumber. I started around 10 am on Tues and around 3 pm I was told that it would take several days for somebody to get back to me. I was called about 15 mins later and given a general idea about how much the cost to excavate a line was. A plumber was able to come out on Wed and start work but at the end of the day couldn't tell me anything about actual cost, he could only tell me he didn't do billing. He worked for about 2.5 hours on Thurs, finishing the job so that an inspector could come out Fri. Even knowing all the materials and about how much labor the job would take he still couldn't tell me anything about cost except his guess that he told me not to quote him on. Come Fri he still couldn't tell me anything even when he was getting ready to concrete over the piping after the inspection was already completed. All of that & then the next day I can't use my washing machine because the discharge of the washer came right up the floor drain with a bunch of sediment and created a 4 foot radius of disgusting water (this problem did not exist before the piping repair). Call on Sat and the result: I'll call someone and try to get them over there and Can it wait until Monday which will cost the normal price?. I'm not even mad about the issue afterwards but I'm very much aggravated that I ended up being told that I'll get a bill for the work in 1-2 weeks but they can't tell me even an idea about how much it will be. I'll never use this company again.....still waiting for someone to maybe show up to fix the backup problem 2 hours (and counting) after it started today.

I have had Maplewood Plumbing do several jobs for me over the past decade and have ALWAYS been pleased. This time I needed some water and gas lines rerouted and a new water heater installed. I didn't realize what an involved job this would be. Scott and Egdiel showed up early that morning and got right to work. It took them the best part of a full work day and in the end everything was perfect. I have recommended their company to many people and don't hesitate to call them when I need help. Each person I've dealt with is pleasant and professional, what a great team!

Great local family-owned company! I needed a wall knocked out to repair a leak from the upstairs bathroom, and they made the repair a lot less painful than I expected knowing a wall and ceiling would be ripped out. Ended up using them again a few weeks later for a new hot water heater.

Couldn't be more thrilled with the work done by this company today. we had Ian as our plumber and his immediate knowledge and recognition of what was causing our issue was the standard I wish all companies hired handymen to. Friendly, easy AND fun to talk to and very efficient. Gave us pointers on how to move forward and gave education as to exactly what he was doing. I recommend them a million times over!

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

Great plumbing service...

We came back home to a busted pipe over Christmas that collapsed our bathroom ceiling and water leaked to the basement. They came out RIGHT AWAY and made sure we knew who was coming by name. They assessed and addressed the situation and handled it seamlessly. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way and made sure to show me what repairs they did and what the cause of the problem. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!
