I had a situation which required 3 major repairs. I contacted Linek Plumbing just as they opened. Despite being busy with appointments that early, they were able to send technicians to my home and repair the problems in a timely manner. The employess I came in contact with were extremely professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and most importantly, genuine. I am very thankful to Linek Plumbing for their assistance and expertise and I highly reccommend their services.

They cleared a clogged drain and repaired a leaky drain pipe. They were fast and very professional. They actually answered their phone when I called, the plumber called and said he was on the way and did the job quickly. He cleaned up everything and gave me some good free advice.

Came right away on Christmas Eve when our pipe burst and our basement was flooded. No one else would even answer the phone. Thanks for the help!

Bob Johnson came out on a busy Saturday before Christmas. He easily identified the problem and thought he could fix it in 15 minutes or less. And when he did, I was charged only for the visit. He helpfully suggested a permanent fix to the problem, which I'll take care of when things are a little less crazy. Thanks, Roto-Rooter for being there for me at 5:00 a.m.!

We had a backed-up sewer line emergency on Saturday morning and called RotoRooter at 9AM. A technician arrived at our house at 10AM and the problem was taken care of by 11:30AM. Terry, the technician, was very professional, courteous and explained well what he was going to do and what the issue was. He also didn't leave until he tested everything to make sure there were no more problems with the line. We couldn't be happier with the service he provided and would highly recommend the company and Terry (#5895).
