We needed some higher end bathroom fixtures for our master bathroom and went to check out this place. We walked in and was greeted right away by receptionist, that was a plus, but then a sales girl came over to ask what we needed and as she proceeded to help us, she was not friendly or wanting to help us in fact, we felt like we were a bother to her and that she didn't care at all to help us. Honestly, sales is not her strength. We went ahead and purchased what we needed because we needed fixtures quickly as we were trying to put house on market by a certain date. The ordered fixtures came in the next day and I went to pick up and was told to go into the parts dept to get them. The difference between the showroom and parts dept is likened to heaven and hell. Literally. I walked into a thick stale dank dark smoke-filled room where people go to die! I couldn't get out of there fast enough with my stuff.
I would tell them never to send customers back there, like ever!!!!! Have someone come up to bring your goods to you. Luckily, we are moving out of state and wont need their services but wouldnt go back even if we weren't, which is too bad bc they really have nice bathroom and kitchen items.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.

I will start by saying that I have used this company before at other properties I have managed. Don’t think I had any issues .
Now I’m the facilities manager on a property that can’t seem to get these guys to show up . In my experience . You try and always treat your vendors like family they are the ones who can get you out of a. Bind.
I’ve been at my property now for almost three years. I’ve called maybe 3 or 4 times since they are a “preferred vendor”.
First time I called I believe it was for a massive leaks coming from the restrooms on the third floor. Called and asked about some flush valves . Gave me the run around .
When you book normally the vendor will ask you when are you on property till . My hours are 6-2 never got a service call that could happen in my window.
Fast forward to June 29th 8-9am I tried to schedule a call for the same flush valves / seals for those toilets they say they can’t get anyone on the schedule till after the holiday. Alright that’s fine . Schedules me 8 days out minus 3 days for holiday etc.
Then calls me at 3:30 pm this afternoon to tell
Me that my call can’t be completed today. Which this isn’t the first time it has happened to me over 3 times I’ve never gotten them on property .
So I asked why is that this Keeps happening one time i get it 2 times i understand 3 times with no explanation or accountability is a terrible taste to leave in someone’s mouth.
Preferred vendor. But yet that didn’t even have the common courtesy to book me early in the day on their schedule a week in advance .
At this point . I’m just going to assume that they don’t want to business with me or my property which is sad to hear because recommendation comes down from people above me who
