Our heat went out on a frigid day in March. When I contacted Brett from JT Dunn Climate Control, he immediately tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He arrived at the house a short time later and I had already rectified the problem myself. He still took the time to check out the unit and offer advice. He DID NOT charge us a service fee! He is a super nice guy, very polite and easy to deal with. He definitely has our business in the future!

Called one evening and they installed a reasonably-priced water heater within less than 24 hours later. Professional, responsive, informative. The water heater is in a small area and it took probably longer than expected to install but he honored the quoted price and returned to repair a small hole in the wall without hesitation. Awesome service. Thank you!

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

The technicians( kris and Luis) were very knowledgeable about my clogged basement drain . With the equipment they have they showed me I had tree roots in the drain pipe. After clearing the drain they cleaned up all the mess that was in my basement. Would definitely call them again if I have this problem again.

We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled by Performance Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Rick and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. They did such a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend using this company and already plan on using them again in the future.

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

I purchased a very expensive boiler (20k) last winter for them for our radiator heat.  They came to try to fix the old unit and said that our only option was a new one.  After some debate, we moved forward.  The installation itself was OK.  They left the basement door open for most of the time, and I had to ask them several times to close it because we were freezing.  I tried to ask them how it was going while they installed it, and they would barely respond.  Given the cost, I don't think this was unreasonable.  After the install, it stopped working completely after about 7 days.  I was pretty upset. They sent out a technician off hours who had no idea how to fix it. It turns out that the reason it stopped working was because the exhaust valve was installed incorrectly.  Apparently, it wasn't windy the day of the install, but there was more wind later on, so it needed to be installed differently.  Yikes. It works well now in terms of heating up the home.  I will say that the cost savings from this unit were not at all what they told us. The salesman made all sorts of claims about all the money we would save to run the unit.  All of that wasn't true.  It is cheaper to run our forced air units (although the radiator heat is much better; it heats evenly, there is no dust blowing around, etc.). We do love the radiator heat, but it isn't cheaper.  Maybe it is cheaper than a 50-year-old boiler, but he knew that wasn't our situation.  We weren't using the radiator heat at that time, which is why they were there in the first place.  All of this was really disappointing, but today, after switching back from Hoffman, I had someone out for a separate issue, and he was asking me about the unit.  Apparently, we could have gotten a similar unit and used it for our hot water as well.  He said it would have been another ~$1,000 (compared to getting a new $3000 water heater).  I remember the salesperson mentioning that as an option very briefly, and I expressed some interest.  I don't really know what happened in that particular part of the discussion after that, but at the very least I didn't understand the options, because it appears like it would have been a no-brainer based on what I am hearing today.  I have no idea what to believe on this particular issue, but it just added to my overall disappointment about the experience, which is why I am writing this review.
