I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

Nothing like a sewer back up Saturday night. Date night turned into date night with Roto-Rooter. For such a mess, Roto-Rooter couldn't have been more professional. Brian was at our house in 20 minutes, was knowledgeable and stayed for 2 + hours working on our problem. Great experience with Roto-Rooter. As much as I never want them back at my house, if we ever have another problem they would be the first ones I would call.

Able Rooting and Plumbing did a great job! They arrived exactly on time, accessed the situation and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The men were polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company .

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.

I had called four other plumbing companies and either received no call back, or was quoted upwards of $200 to snake my kitchen main stack. Larry from plumbing masters came out the same day that I called, and had everything working perfectly within 30 minutes. He even replaced the airator on my faucet for free! He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I ever need more plumbing work.

Great service and in a timely fashion. My water heater went out a few days before Christmas and they were able to get one installed around my schedule as I was leaving town for the holidays. Also, they noticed a few other issues with pipes once they were in my basement and fixed those without upping the quoted price. Happy customer here!

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

Ty came through and did an initial assessment. He explained what I was facing and started work the following day. Several issues came up due to the frozen pipes thawing out, but that did not deter him. He worked through all the issues and brought it home. I highly recommend him for all things plumbing. He also recommended a tile and Sheetrock guy to help button things up. Quality work fromom.a Caring Professional.

I called this company to appraise a draining issue and PVC pipe deficiency - I had to call back to verify a plumber was coming. The plumber arrived, but he did not have the skillsets to correct the PVC, and the manager, Rick, blamed it on me, saying that I did not give enough information.

Additionally, the plumber expressed that he could correct the drain issues, but was unsuccessful and left the floor as pictured below - no clean up was attempted. No progress after thirty minutes, but then he gave me a $100 invoice.

Poor business practices - do no waste your time!
