I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. The plumber that came to my house was Robert and he knew his trade. I had him come out to replace cut off valves and did so very quickly. But also helped determine the location of a leak I had just noticed for a very near future repair. I will be calling Maplewood Plumbing once I am ready to repair the small leak.

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. Every time we've used them, they've been extremely professional and kind and have been willing to work with us to handle our issues. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

Prompt, friendly and reasonably priced

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

I was quoted $750 to replace a toilet at my work (I think that is highly outrageous) but needed it done so I agreed. We received a bill for $1,395 and after I called to discuss it they dropped the price to $1,166. I was told that the quote was for the equipment but not labor of trip charge. They would not work with me anymore so I am paying the bill but would tell anyone that reads this to STAY AWAY from this company.
