We were referred to them by our friend and contractor Mark Curran. He was unable to help us due to being in the middle of a project. I was able to schedule them the next day for not only the hole in our pipe, but also to install shower heads and repair the issues of pressure. the office staff immediately answered the phone every time I called. I was not placed on hold more put through the motions of pressing multiple buttons to speak to a person. It made me feel confident about the service call when the arranging of it went so smoothly. In addition to being exactly on time, neat in appearance, nice, and courteous, he also shared with my husband we needed to decalcify our tankless hot water heater as an annual maintenance. After he left, you could not tell he had been here except for everything was working. It was refreshing to not have to clean up after having work performed.We will definitely call them again.

Steve is an amazing guy and an excellent plumber! He was out to dinner with his wife when I called and was able to be at my house within the hour. He explained what he was doing and offered solutions to solve possible future problems I might have. Steve wants to make sure that his customer get the best price and service possible. I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

I can't even begin to say how thankful my family is for these guys!! Thanksgiving day our sewer backs but, from our cleaning lady flushing Clorox wipes the day before. It was a really crappy situation. They came so fast and were more than fair on price.. Thank you SOOO Much!!!

Norman did a great job painting our front porch. He responds fast and is trustworthy. He also was very helpful in giving advice regarding weather treatment. The price was very fair too.

Elmer was very professional and courteous. He had to leave and come back again, as the water had not been turned on yet, but the receptionist stayed in touch with me and the scheduled work was able to be completed. This is one of the few companies I found that will do de winterization.

I finally found a great plumber. I have gone through so many plumbers over the years and I finally have one that is permanently in my preferred vendor list. Whatever I need, night or day, it gets done, right the first time and at the right price. Whether its a high end bathroom refit or a tenant emergency, Redington takes care of me. I've referred them to friends, family and other business partners and never had a complaint. Five starts all the way.

While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

We have used Cocos Plumbing for 2 pretty good size jobs and we were completely satisfied. The timeliness, the professionalism and the entire experience was as pleasant as a big plumbing job can be. Bill came to look at both jobs, discussed with us and wrote up the estimates (which were spot on), he came by during both jobs to check on the progress. We were very pleased. Jason did most of the work on both jobs and he did a great job, was friendly yet professional. Cocos Plumbing will be who we calll whenever we have a plumbing issue.

I’ve been using GVL for many years for anything from a small home repair to very large commercial building renovations. They’re professional, fast, and very experienced. I’ve gotten many other bids and used other plumbers before using GVL and GVL definitely out performs the rest.
