John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

Called for leaking main water faucet. Asked how much to fix when he saw it. He muttered $25. Said faucet did not need to be replaced, all he did was tighten a ring in the faucet and it was $249.50. Will never call them again - said the replacement would have been $800 and something. Was there only 15 minutes or under.

Had an issue with kitchen sink leaking. Pipe connection was lead so had to have cabinet pulled dry wall cut and pipe replaced to cast iron stack. Work was done very neatly and in very orderly. Happy with work but as always plumbing pricing can shock a little but had to be do. All work passes code and is officially stickers by inspector.

My toilet float got stuck so the tank overflowed and I couldn't turn the water off because there was something wrong with the shut-off valve. I was able to prop the flap open so that the tank would drain, and then called Roto-Rooter right away. They had someone out to check on the problem very quickly. He told me that we definitely had to get the plumber in. The plumber came pretty quickly. He was very professional. Very safe. And handled my problem quickly. WOW! I was so impressed with the prompt service that I received! I contacted this company at around 2 PM in the afternoon and they were here and finished by 4:30 PM. The first gentleman couldn't help me because my particular problem had to be dealt with from the roof. The second gentleman arrived shortly there after and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company. A great price too!
