Recap: I recommend going into the Henry showroom to look at things in person but never to purchase from here.

I work as a designer/GC coordinator and had a client who had purchased all of her plumbing fixtures for a large bathroom at Henry, which the plumber had recommended. A couple weeks after obtaining the fixtures, she decided to go with a different color scheme. We went through her receipts to find the return policy and there was nothing that was clear in the paperwork, so I had her call Henry. When she asked if there would be any issue returning the items, the sales associate said a cheerful, No! Not at all. (I know this because I was present when the call was made on speaker phone). This was not the case. She was able to return the items that Henry had in stock for a full refund but anything that they had ordered through the supplier was subject to a 60 percent restocking fee, which applied to over $2000 worth of items. It would be one thing if the employee had told her that over the phone, and though it still would have been outrageous in my opinion, at least we would have known before purchasing the new fixtures. My client spoke to various Henry employees over the next week explaining the miscommunication but Henry never made it right. I have spoken with the plumber that we used and told him that any future job he does with us would not use Henry and suggested he not use them for other jobs as well.

Overall, I recommend going to Henry to see fixtures in person but never to buy from them. The same exact items are available at Amazon and Wayfair and their customer service is exponentially better, with no restocking fees and often free return shipping. Also, Kohler, Moen, Delta, etc will still honor any lifetime warranties if you purchase from Amazon or Wayfair. There's really no reason to purchase from Henry. I hope this saves someone else from losing a lot of money like my client did!

Our water heater had suddenly stopped working. Joe came right on time and knew exactly what was wrong with the water heater. He was very friendly. He found the part and got it. They are a bit pricey but now we do have running hot water. I would definitely consider them for future projects.

We have used Maplewood Plumbing several times now and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Each project or repair has surpassed my expectations. These guys are top notch professionals! Thanks for everything!

Called for leaking main water faucet. Asked how much to fix when he saw it. He muttered $25. Said faucet did not need to be replaced, all he did was tighten a ring in the faucet and it was $249.50. Will never call them again - said the replacement would have been $800 and something. Was there only 15 minutes or under.

Steve and Drew were wonderful! They were able to make it out to my house the same day and were able to replace my water heater right then. Very nice guys and very good at what they do. Would definitely call them again !

I have used them a few times for plumbing & drain cleaning. Definitely recommend.

I called and the phone was answered by the owner who only said “hello” which was confusing as I called a business. When I inquired if this was CJ Plumbing she said “well yes and no”. I was immediately treated with zero respect or courtesy and as if I had disturbed them by calling. I was chastised for calling the number listed on their Google My Business page and not their office phone which is not listed.

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

Called on a Sunday and they came by later that evening. Fixed the leak and the plumber Cavion explained what he was doing as he completed the job. A little on the pricey side but they did a good job.

Company is highly unprofessional. I booked an appointment to come get service repaired from the initial installation that they did and they never showed up or called to cancel. I will never in life recommend this company to anyone. I’m at a disbelief.

Matt and his crew did a great job replacing my 90-year-old cast iron main stack. They needed to get under the basement floor and did it quickly and smoothly. They also solved another issue I had with a master bath that had been added about 30 years ago and improperly plumbed. Matt and his crew worked to incorporate that master bath plumbing with my main stack plumbing in a seamless fashion that has my home in great shape for the next 90 years. Thanks Matt!

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!
