Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

The technician Jason Wilcot was great. He kept me well informed about the issues encountered at my property and gave me updates regularly, which was much appreciated as I don't live in the area. The company was also kind enough to work on pricing with me and guaranteed their work. l will definitely be calling them again if I have any more issues with the plumbing on that property.

This company has probably changed ownership in the past couple of years. Used the company for 15-20 years due to tree roots. On a Sunday I had runaway sprinklers. I turned off everything - or so I thought. The service tech came, found the one water pipe that I had forgotten about and that was it — maybe 90 seconds. Recalling that I was paying by the hour (and previous pre-ownership change techs), I asked the guy to run my sewer line (the tree root place). Oh no, the guy said, that would be another service call charge. I paid the bill. Indeed the bill indicated that the charge was by the hour. I sent an email expressing basically what I have said here —- not so much as an acknowledgement of my complaint. Dumb way to do business. Hire someone else. After years of using this company, I will hire someone else.

I am so thankful for this team. I had a very bad plumbing emergency today and John came immediately this morning to work on it. John and Tom both were extremely kind and professional throughout it. I was having a bad day already and then the toilet began to leak. It just got worse. I cannot emphasize how thankful i am that John and Tom was able to come out and put so much hard work into the situation. They spend a lot of time and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. Definitely my superheroes today! Highly recommend

I had 2 other plumbers flake out on me before I called Domco. I called Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning Clarence gave me a quote. I asked when the work could be completed expecting an answer around 2 weeks but Sean and Sauce showed up the same afternoon. Originally I expected that a pipe would need to be moved which is an extensive process but Sean and Sauce had parts on their truck to make everything work right without the major surgery which saved me money. I'll definitely be calling Domco in the future.

My water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon. The water started pooling fast and lots of it. I called a dozen plumbers in a panic, and most didn't pick up. The few who did weren't available until Monday. Armstrong Plumbing allowed me to book an appointment online from Yelp instantly and answered their phone on a Saturday afternoon! A few hours later Peter arrived with a brand new water heater in his truck. He worked hard to remove the old one and installed the new one, working late on a Saturday night! Thank you so much Peter, we'll sleep well tonight knowing our water heater isn't leaking into our house and walls!!

He provided timely response to status of material delivery. Was on time for installation and completed the job on time with detailed installation. Very satisfied with service and price. Cody and Bill V. are the absolute best. This father and son team are two of the most energetic and hard-working people we have ever met. Their experience and knowledge are unmatched and the quality of their work is fantastic. We have used them for numerous jobs at our business including, brand new toilet replacement, internal parts replacement on some toilets, sewer main clean-out, plumbing for brand new drinking fountain in Service Dept., brand new deep sink wash basin in our warehouse. Next up will be a new compact water heater in our warehouse for our newly added deep sink. It is so hard to find good, reliable plumbers these days and we just cannot say enough great things about these guys...they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
