Alvin called and arrived on time to provide a quote to install a bathtub. On the day of the job, he called to say he was on the way and ARRIVED ON TIME! He was careful and clean as he worked and completely cleaned up when done. Knowing a lot about plumbing, I can say he provided a quality job! He will be my first call if needed for another job.

Technician Adam arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work evaluating the job at hand. A dishwasher installation, removing the existing dishwasher and a shower head installation. He provided a reasonable estimate before starting work and started working right away. Adam was thorough, professional and tidy in his work. The Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing team are now my go to. We had a leak at the water heater and everyone else that came out wanted to just replace it. Talking with Mr. Ortiz he walked me through a couple simple ch cos over the phone before his guy came out and they were ultimately able to repair a leaking connection rather than the whole water heater saving me time and money. 100% recommend giving them a shot at your business!

Ever since they changed names they don't come out to emergency calls. Twice now called around 7pm and no response till the next day and no way to find that out because all you call is a person who pretty much just writes up a job with no way of knowing if anyone is going to take it. If I was given a yes or no i could tell my team what is going on and maybe even contact other companies. Time to switch to a company who actually responds to calls in less then 12 plus hours.

Jim and his colleagues were a great team getting our outdoor sewer line / washout fixed and lined. They were professional and communicated any work that needed to be done. We knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs!

I called Bullseye to detect a slab leak and to reroute a hot water line to my bathrooms. They did a great job and worked patiently on every step. Jeff, Evan and other team techicians worked hard and found out another manifold for rerouting the line to another bathroom. Thank you so much for the hard work and I really appreciate it. Customer service and communication was absolutely awesome. They fit us in to their busy schedule and we’re able to come out same day. We used this company couple of times and we don’t ever plan on changing them. They were able to detect and fix problem same day. Good quality service, we highly recommended.

July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!

This company stole some equipment from me after I loaned it to them since they did not own the equipment and the cost for the equipment was around $2,500 we're done other work with this company and thought that they were a good honest company but come to find out they're just a bunch of crooks I would not trust them in my house or around my house they have never once tried to repay me for my equipment or give my equipment back I hope people read this review and understand where I'm coming from if you do use them good luck and I hope they do not rip you off. By the way when they borrowed the equipment I had owned a plumbing company in Rancho Cordova. Just to keep in mind they used to be called Sutherland Plumbing why did they all of a sudden change their name because they were so honest and such a good and Reliable Plumbing Company that people should keep calling them probably not!!!!!
