Ken did a good job of explaining what needed to be done, and his bid was considerably less than those guys that do premium work with no surprises and charge an appropriately premium price. Our whole house was repiped in week with minimum disturbance to our schedule. Manny and his helper were polite, professional, and good communicators. My wife was especially pleased with their very thorough cleanup after the job was done. We highly recommend them if you need to have your house repiped!

Absolutely satisfied! William is awesome!! Will is neat, clean, professional, respectful, and so polite! He covered his shoes and the wheels on the drain snake machine. He cleaned up when finished and left the area as he found it. He did not try to sell anything. The company supplies the technicians with everything they need. I will definitely call Zoom Drain again as well as refer them to my friends and neighbors.

I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike. I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting. Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit. The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again. I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

After having a very bad experience with another plumber I called this company because of the reviews. They did not disappoint! The first company came out 4 times and still left me with cold water. These guys sent two men out the same day and they had the problem fixed in less than two hours. They were polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate them coming out so quickly and fixing my water heater issues. In addition, they explained what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend them.

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues. My wife runs a home daycare. The kitchen faucet handle broke and the guest bathroom sink cracked on the same day. I called Antonio, who was referred to me by a friend, in the evening. He was here by noon the next day and had everything back in order before I got home in the evening. I was very impressed with Antonio's quick response and quality work. I highly recommend The Pocket Plunger.

They came after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. The appointment time was 3-5pm and the man came at 1:30. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did absolutely nothing and charged me $85 for the warranty copay. Do not trust this company! He did absolutely nothing! Did not touch anything, did not come inside, did not touch a pipe...literally nothing. He then sent a report to my warranty company and they denied the claim, leaving me out $85. He also threatened my husband and I that our home is old and the pipes are going to burst soon and we will be out tens of thousands of dollars. I tried to contact them today to get my deposit back, to no answer and no return phone call.
