We had a main line block and all of our toilets and shower backed up. We needed immediate help. We contacted Jerry and he responded right away. His team member came over first thing and was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. He was also a very nice guy and did a great job explaining the issue and how he fixed it. I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Plumbing Solutions has been our go to for years. Mike is very responsive and has always helped us out, even the night before Thanksgiving one year. Jesse was excellent with his repair work yesterday. He was on time, quickly and correctly identified the problem, had to go across town for a part but returned same day to fix it, and our shower is no longer causing the pipes to knock and works great! Highly recommend for all plumbing issues.

We had such a great experience with Jeff's plumbing. Syreeta was excellent with customer service and making sure that we're taking care of as quickly as possible. Adam, Corey, Calvin and Vince were awesome also. It was a big job and they did a fantastic job in making it less stressful! They identify the issue immediately. They were assuring and were trustworthy! There was a tree root that grew over years and broke a pipe which led to us not being able to use our ONLY bathroom without overflowing! Unfortunately this job was not able to be done from the outside so they had to go inside the room to do it!

I have trying to have a plumber return ti fix this mess but this same day service never answers phones or return calls. Select Warranty has been just as bad. Would not recommend either so-called business.

Advanced Plumbing was called by my warranty company to answer my service request. Chris came on Thursday to follow up on the previous service call. His years of experience led him to solve the problem under my kitchen sink in a completely different and more efficient way. I appreciate how thorough and helpful he was. I especially appreciated him making sure everything was functional before he left and will be sure to call on him in the future.
