Best Water Heater Repair Sacramento in Sacramento CA

Called this company out for a LEAK DETECTION REPORT. Tech went out on 8/17/22. The next day I received an estimate no leak report. I called Friday and asked for the leak report. A few days later I received a report of what he suggested should be done and what he saw BUT STILL NO REPORT ON WHAT CAUSED THE LEAK.!!! I called again to try and talk to the technician. It's now 8/25/22 and I have multiple messages, calls to get my report and talk to the tech. Still nothing!!

I had a great experience with Ace Heating and Air. Backstory, I was expecting out-of-town visitors, and my air conditioner stopped cooling. I was in a state of panic. Curtis Cassidy answered the service call and came the same day and arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. He was highly professional and friendly.

He explained everything he did and quickly took care of the problem. The costs seemed in line. I very much appreciate Curtis's expertise and knowledge of my A/C unit. I
will definitely do business in the future with ACE Heating and Air based on this experience.

Alvin was able to get to my house and fix both showers to prevent any further leaks. He is cordial and professional. I highly encourage serieux plumbing if you need your plumbing fixed!

My basement's septic tank drain was successfully unclogged by Kelvin from Sacramento Plumbing. Kelvin was kind, quite competent, and dedicated to carrying out a very professional job. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelvin and Sacramento Plumbing.

Technician arrived after the time window I was given. Then he couldn’t fix the problem because he didn’t have a key to the compressor (??). Will have to come back tomorrow. Very disappointed in Park.

This company did not hesitate to send a repair person for an estimate and the next day with proper parts he cane back and the bath/shower was repaired and my water back on.
I would use them again and pray you have the same experience.

I have used Jeff's Plumbing on four occasions, for my rentals and my own home. They respond quickly (sometimes in less than an hour), courteously, and have never failed to identify the problem. Most recently, they solved a water pressure issue that had beaten two other plumbers.

If there were more stars, I would give them. Since there aren't, I will simply say that I recommend them highly.

I have trying to have a plumber return ti fix this mess but this same day service never answers phones or return calls. Select Warranty has been just as bad. Would not recommend either so-called business.

I would be real careful using this company, they installed a water heater which was not installed properly and their senior tech had to come out again and fix it. They charged us for the permit, but they did not set up for the inspector I had to call them for them to set it up and they gave me a day and and open time 0800-1700. I had to call them again for a better time because they did not call me like they said they would and I come to find out they did not set up the appointment like they said. Now I have to wait for them to drop the permit off and we need to contact the inspector. I find this to be unprofessional an i will never use them again.
