Best Water Heater Problems in Sacramento CA

Some of the most important things for me when meeting someone are a kind approach, someone who takes their time, and a business that values REAL customer input. In a polite follow-up, Sacramento Plumbing addressed my concerns and gave me comments on my yard. They showed courage, honesty, willingness, and integrity throughout the entire process. Anyone I come into contact with will get my recommendation for Sacramento Plumbing.

Extremely poor. Never showed up numerous times. Took 3 days for a 1 day installation. We were told one thing by someone and the opposite by someone else.
Was at least $10,000 OVER normal price. They left 10 screws in the street. They oversprayed a white panel in the street, which they did come back with 3 guys and ate up the asfalt to remove the white. We had to wait 45 minutes on hold. They put a piece of wood on the ground underneath the condenser to make it level. We still don't know how to use the thermostat after 5 months.
Gallagher should not be in business. They will never be on my property again.

These plumbers are timely, courteous, and upfront about prices and procedures. The job was flawless, and every area was left spotless!

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointment.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

The cost was more than I wanted to pay as they use a flat rate, but the service was excellent. Kyle was at my house in less than 45 minutes from when I first called. He was personable and friendly, and he explained everything to me including how to prevent future clogs.

Val communicated promptly and clearly with me, gave a two hour arrival window and then texted 35 min prior to arrival with the specific arrival time. He was pleasant to work with, cleared a difficult sink blockage and cleaned everything meticulously after. Price was equal to estimate, despite the blockage taking an hour to clear, and in the range given by other plumbers I called prior.
I have a new plumber and will call Golden Valley Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Sacramento area plumber fixed all my problems in a short amount of time. I like how professional they were and also appreciate the honesty. I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member.

Jeff was awesome. He was professional, responsive and his expertise was obvious. He completed the job ahead of schedule and his bid was much less than that of a major plumbing chain (starts with a R).

Sutherland Installed a Tankless water heater for us in Folsom Ca, which is located outside of Sacamento. Our old tank hot water heater started to leak from the bottom and I was refered to Sutherland Plumbing from a friend of mine.

They showed up same day, we decided to go with a tankless unit because we allways seemed to run out of water with the existing tank heater.

Sutherland finished the installation within 24 hours, they are very professional! We can not be more satisfied with their work.

Darryl is a true professional. He resolved our problem for our split unit and saved us money. We were told by another company that they could not repair our unit and it would be cheaper to buy another unit. Which would have been over $3000. They really did not know what was wrong or how to repair it. Darryl saved the day by discovering the problem and repairing it. Thank you Darryl.

Just had my sewer cleaned out due to a clog. I had 2 plumbing companies come out to give me a bid. Eric from Domco new immediately what was wrong, because he has seen this problem many many times which was due to a check valve flapper broken and flushable wipes catching on the broken flapper. So stop using those flushable wipes.The other bid was 14.5 times more than Domco's cost. The other company was outrageous. I highly recommend Eric.

The owner and crew are dedicated to deliver fast, friendly and reliable plumbing service. They have fixed clogs, leaks and the most complicated plumbing jobs for my family. They are efficient, affordable and complete the job within a reasonable amount of time. They have traveled out of town to complete difficult jobs and their response time is excellent. I highly recommend this plumbing service!

Stay away !!!

I've been using Sac Val for years both for my home and my customers' homes. Each and every time I get professional, quick, and courteous service, and today was no exception. Had the unfortunate experience of the sewer backing up at my own house, and called, within two hours the first guy arrived and then some helpers--Tim, Tim, and Ken. All worked on the two sewer lines I have until all was free and clear. Thanks guys.

It has now taken two years for Jeff's Plumbing to fix leaks in my condos. Not the best plumber's.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
