My technician was James on June 10. He told me what he problem was and how he was going to repair it.He did a good,professional job and left the work area clean and restored.I was happy with the work he did at my home.

Highly recommend! They were quick to respond (immediate) and explained the job. They were very professional, kind and patient with me throughout the process which eliminated my stress. Excellent communication, on time, went over and above to make sure the installation was up to code standards and were priced fair. Gabriel was my technition today and he did a great job from professionally introducing himself to keeping my house clean by wearing booties on his shoes.

Gabriel took the time to explain to me how my system was losing efficiency as well as different solutions to boost efficiency. I was open to this because I could see how dirty my coils are and I have never had them cleaned. Also, Gabriel didn't try for the slimy sales tactics I have been exposed to in the past by other AC companies.

Gabriel is coming back in a few months to perform the cleaning, I will be present to see how he does it and will update my review to let you guys know how things are looking at that point .As of right now I'm giving both Gabriel and Park Mechanical a 5 out if 5.

Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing is impressive! Dave came out to install a gas line for our pool, outdoor bbq, and fire pit. Because I am a hands on guy, I wanted to be a part of the project so he allowed me to crawl under the house to assist in Plumbing a 2” gas line down to 1 1/2” & 1” with over 100’ to the equipment. He was precise, and able to get the job done with professionalism and care.

He also fixed my water main that needed a new hose bib. I think he was showing off!

We also recommend Sacramento Repipe to my family and friends for water leaks. He has always provided great service.

Joe the technician was awesome! He came to inspect a link under our kitchen faucet. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Called and got quote quickly by phone, cost was lower than other bids so made appointment for two days later. Received quote details via email very quickly. Technician (Andrew) arrived on time, completed installation as described in the quote details, with no extra costs. Andrew was very friendly and professional and took the time to clean up and instruct me on operations.

Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They are incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and even spend extra time giving me pointers on how to take care of smaller plumbing issues on my own, which saves me money. Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. Our HOA called because we had a major leak. Just wanted to say thank you to Adam with Jeff’s Plumbing. I am very impressed that Adam not only fixed the leak but he swept the area clean and washed away the mud on the sidewalk. He was professional and very pleasant.
We need to add this company to the list of companies to call recommend by an owner here.

We have a warranty on the house which uses this company. They showed up and refused to fix the issue and wanted us to pay extra to fix an issue due to the original install was not done correctly. Why not just fix the issue and not ask for addition $$. Watch out for this company!

The item was originally installed by a different company. Now this company is trying to indicate it wasn’t so that they could get more business.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
