Ken responded to our call on a Saturday morning when our sewer line was completely backed up. When he couldn't find the problem right away, he charged me nothing for the call and came back on Sunday to figure it out. He was straight forward with all the repair options and prices, and was really great to work with. Will definitely use him again!

The owner Dmitriy Levko and his son Alex provided excellent service and offered a very reasonable rate for a whole house repipe and installation of a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned up the work areas which was much appreciated. After getting several estimates, I decided to hire R Box Plumbing because of the time Dmitriy took to answer all my questions and even offer advice. Experience counts! And again, the rates are very reasonable. Professional and personable, Dmitriy and Alex were always responsive to phone calls or texts. When you find a gem, you don’t let it go. When my old cast iron pipes failed I didn't know what to do! A friend recommended Golden Valley Plumbing and I used them to repipe my house to plastic lines. They did an amazing job scheduling their techs who showed up on time, provided professional and clean installation addressing all my concerns! Val and his team are the best highly recommended them for all your plumbing needs.

Good service and kind of expensive

We belong to their service plan. They must have only one guy working in the Dublin area. We kept trying to schedule a maintenance in spring they rescheduled 4 times each time a month or two later. Until November so they did AC AND HEATING together. This year we started in April cancelled offered May Cancelled now offered July!!!!!Do not use them, they take your money and you never see them

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!
