Jose came out for a routine flush of my tankless water heater and a rather stubborn clogged pipe in the bathtub. He was incredibly nice, extremely thorough (it was a tough clog!), and very efficient. All is well, and I have a new go-to for my plumbing needs. Thank you!

Dmitriy arrived as scheduled. He started the job by covering the work area for cleanliness. The new Delta kitchen faucet looks great and he fixed the loose garbage disposal as well as one leaky drain. Enjoyed our conversation and his prices are very fair. Had a leaking water heater on May 1. Called Water heater only. I got excellent information and setup an appointment between 8am and 12pm the next day. Service Technician John called and informed me he would be at my in about an hour. He arrived within that time. John quickly accessed the the problem and gave me an estimate. I was very satisfied with it. He went to work in a professional and knowledgeable way. 4 hours later mission accomplished. Thanks to John's experience and dedication the job was done right. I own him a beer.

Boyd Plumbing was wonderful for our plumbing needs. We were recommended them by the Trenchless Company, great as well, who doesn’t do water heater work. Unfortunately the guys who flipped the house we bought left off some critical safety functions for our water heater. Once we called Boyd they immediately sent someone out same day. Our technician, Jeremy, was fabulous. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I’ve always been one to want to know how to fix more things around the house myself and he was happy to walk through everything he we doing for us, like the yearly clean out. He quickly went out and got the parts needed, and fixed us up within a couple hours. I also appreciated that they do their clean out with vinegar since it is just as efficient as the chemicals and much better for the environment. Before he left for the day, Jeremy made sure to ask if I had any other questions about anything with our house, and that I knew what to look for with the new equipment if there were any issues. Now two weeks later he just came by to make a couple adjustments since everything has settled with the hot water expanding and contracting the new parts. The whole experience has been really easy, informative and helpful during these crazy times. We’d happily recommend Boyd to anyone looking for a professional and top notch plumbing team.

I would recommend Vanderveer Plumbing to my family and friends in a heartbeat! Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They are incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and even spend extra time giving me pointers on how to take care of smaller plumbing issues on my own, which saves me money. I’m a new home owner and Bill and Cody have patiently listened to all my questions and explained so much to me-Thank you guys for your help!!

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.
