Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Sacramento CA

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

They did a good job.Quoted me a price estimate. Finished without any unforseen costs. I would recommend them.

Two separate jobs with same great results. Duane scheduled both my service. Richard replaced my disposal unit with normal pipes and Paul replaced my bathroom faucet. Both techs came earlier but called first. Impressed with clean their clean work! Would recommend!

Had them replace my water main and they never finished the job!! .. left a mess of dirt and broken concrete and never followed up to my messages. As of 30 days later , my concrete has not been done ,the shut off handle has a leak , and no response from the Owner Ken .

Scheduled an appointment for getting an estimate for repairing sprinklers based on good reviews , the technician (Jesse Vasquez) apparently went to the neighbor's house cross the street (by mistake as they claim), and after he found out that he is in the wrong address, did not correct himself to come to our house as by accident the neighbor had some projects for them to do and the guy started working there and totally ignored his appointment with us (paid job in the neighbors versus appointment with us to provide an estimate)! When I called the owner (Mike) and explained the situation, found that he is well aware of what happened and instead of offering apology or correcting the mistake by sending the technician to the appointment started laughing !
Later, Mike contacted me and apologized AFTER he saw the negative review here. He asked me to remove the negative review multiple times and informed me that he will do anything to compensate if I remove this negative review!

I have an old house with crazy plumbing, and the good folks at R Box not only answered my panicked text late at no light, they also showed up the next day, fixed the issue, did some detective work and made helpful suggestions on what work needed to be done and what did not. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate not being “upsold” on services. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this company!

Best plumbing service in town they get the job done right I had a clogged drain and they fixed my issue in a timely manner and they are so friendly and explain everything so you understand what’s going on. I made an appointment with them and waited a few weeks for an appointment then the night before the night before the appointment I get a call from them stating they over booked and it was going to be another month.And the customer service person was rude and did not care!!!!Very poor service and I have a lot of free time and will sit in Home Depot and let people know how poor the service is.I recommend trying someone else!!!!!!

He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional. I do not Recommend him at all. Scammer. Thief. Bad manners. Rude. That about sums it up. Water heater went out after a couple weeks. I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.
