Best Tankless Water in Sacramento CA

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

My hot water heater had a leak, due to the bottom rusting out. I called River City to get a quote. David answered my call, and was super helpful. He was able to not only get me an amazing price on the work, but was able to come out the next day. Great service and very professional. The have quality employees who were knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything. I had tree roots that broke into and clogged my sewer line in the front yard. They came out and replaced some piping, installed a new clean out and ran a trenchless line. This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! We engaged Val to perform the Yearly Rinnai Tankless water heater maintenance.
We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

Beutler is one of the most professional companies I have ever hired. I don't see them advertise as being Diamond Certified, but that is how they act, everything about them is first class. I first hired them through Home Depot to do a HVAC inspection, which eventually led to replacing two furnaces. The work was done quickly and to a high level of quality by a super friendly and conscientious crew. When there was a condensation problem a few months later, they quickly came out to inspect, fixed the issue on the spot, then lined up a dehumidifier followed by a drywall/texture/paint contractor, all at no additional cost. Things go wrong in life, but what sets the great companies apart from the good is how they react to issues, and I couldn't have asked more from Beutler. They are top-notch all around and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC work. I know I will call them when my AC units eventually go out...but hopefully that won't be anytime in the near future.
