Val was referred to me by a friend when I had a leak problem in my home. Val responded immediately, his diagnosis was spot on, and he fixed the problem in a professional way. He was also very respectful by wearing a mask. He also helped in assessing fixed water pressure issue and worked late into the evening to solve the problem. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem.

So glad I did some research and landed on Fig’s Plumbing for my clogged sewer main (yuck!). Super reasonably priced and they were able to come out to me on the same day. All in all a great experience to fix a not so great situation

The Beutler Tech took advantage of my almost 80 year-old Senior Citizen mother, made up a false repair, and extorted money from her. The Beutler Tech continuously tried to upsell and pressure my mother to buy a new AC unit. After she indicated she just wanted the old unit fixed he indicated the unit needed the coils fixed and charged her an $89 service fee and $419 for a leak search. He then informed her that she would have to pay an additional $3000 to come back out to have the coils repaired. I told her to get a second estimate, so another technician came out the next day for a free estimate. The other technician indicated there was NOTHING wrong with the unit. The trouble was isolated to PG&E’s Smart AC unit. The “Smart AC had a piece of failed hardware that prevented the AC from coming on. Once the “Smart AC unit was removed the AC immediately started working. The technician also provided documentation corroborating his claim that there was no malfunction to the AC unit. My mother wrote a complaint letter asking for a refund of the service fee & leak search. She later spoke with a manager “Terry” at Beutler who dismissed my mother’s claims/complaints and denied her request for a refund. This is unacceptable! My mother lives in a Senior Community called Rio Vista, and the only reason she called Beutler was because they installed many of the units in this community. I will be advising the Rio Vista community of Beautler’s unethical practices as well as the BBB, so no other senior citizens are taken advantage of. I have contacted Beutler on my mother’s behalf, and have been promised a call back from a manager “Ray. I am still pending that call. I am willing to give Beutler one more opportunity to rectify this matter, as this fight is not over.

Had Matt Hoffman come to house. On time, wearing his mask and as professional as one can be. He looked at the job and gave me what I considered a fair estimate. Took him about 90 minutes from start to end. Job went smooth and all is great. Gotta say it is cool watching someone do a job so smooth and efficient. Thanks Matt, and consider yourself highly recommended if needed!

Absolutely fantastic company! I needed old angle stops replaced before installing new toilets. It had to be done within a day to stay on schedule and Miracle Works made it happen! I couldn't be there myself, so I left a key, instructions and it was done before I got home. Experienced, Friendly, Fast, Reliable, Honest, Trustworthy and Affordable.
