Best Sewer Replacements in Sacramento CA

I had to replace a broken toilet recently and called Ace Plumbing, I ordered one from Ace and Bret came over and was in and out of the house in less than an hour. Toilet looks and works great. Very good price as well. I will continue to use Ace for all of my future needs

Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing is my Go To plumbing company. David Ortiz, the owner, has done many jobs for me in the last 9 years including full repipes, bath tub setting, moving drains in slab foundations, sewer repipes and he even did a simple faucet valve repair. Dave is the one plumber that I refer all of my Real Estate clients to when they have a plumbing issue. He is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.

I emailed Water Heater Pros about installing a new heat pump water heater to take advantage of the SMUD rebate. They called promptly and set a time and date to come by and take a look at my old heater. Steve came by, was very professional, and walked me through what the install would be like and my out of pocket cost. They applied for all the permits and rebates. On the morning of my install a pair of electricians showed up exactly when they said they would and got me wired and ready for the installation. After the electricians left Patrick and Sean arrived and began the installation. They were professional and courteous, answering all my questions. Within a few hours they had my old heater out and my new, improved hyper efficient heater installed. Job was very professional. I am pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

After my home warranty proved to be worthless again I called Moore Home Services. Collin arrived within the hour to clear out the sewer line. The job was finished quickly and for the amount quoted.

After having so many issues with one of my appartment complexes sewer system, i found ABSOLUTE ROOTER AND PLUMBING. they werw out here to take care of the blockage. I chose to run the sewer video inspection, and found the line filled with toilet paper build up. He recommemd me to hydro jet the system to clear everything out. As a courtesy than the camera again to show how clean the sewer line was

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

This company is horrible. Their technicians call out sick or take personal leave every week. They rescheduled me two weeks in a row at the time the technician is supposed to arrive. They will not give a managers number or help in any way. They just tell you they can reschedul you for another week. Terrible experience and no professionalism at all. I would not recommend using this company ever.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
