This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! I have used Miracle Works Plumbing numerous times in the past. They are always friendly and caring. When I had a leak in the outdoor water line, they worked hard to find the least expensive way for it to be replaced. This appointment was just for a clogged drain, but Kristopher Smith took the time to go over some things that I could do to prevent this from happening again. I have nothing but high praise for this company and I have enjoyed talking with their entire staff from the plumbers and the team in the office.

My shower faucet cartridge only shot out hot and very hot water, no cold water. Leonard came out within an hour and replaced the cartridge quickly and did an excellent job. It’s very apparent that he has a lot of experience . The cost was very reasonable compared to other estimates.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
