Best Septic Tank Plumbing in Sacramento CA

My Water heater went out last week and I called newwrx plumbing. They came out the next morning and replaced it. I was blown away by the professionalism and how neat of a job they did. New one works great and when they were done you wouldn’t even know someone has been working it there. They are amazing will be using again for any Plumbing needs I have.

Kyle was very friendly and arrived promptly. He showed me what our issue was and made sure everything was cleared and running smoothly before leaving. If we have another clog I’ll definitely be calling again

I was very happy with the service provided.

I had 2 other plumbers flake out on me before I called Domco. I called Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning Clarence gave me a quote. I asked when the work could be completed expecting an answer around 2 weeks but Sean and Sauce showed up the same afternoon. Originally I expected that a pipe would need to be moved which is an extensive process but Sean and Sauce had parts on their truck to make everything work right without the major surgery which saved me money. I'll definitely be calling Domco in the future.

They were great at diagnosing our leak problem in the kitchen. They had to remove some flooring and cabinetry in order to dry out damaged area. Darren was so professional and proficient in his work, and in his overseeing the other workers, as well as being a very pleasant and helpful gentleman! He also worked well with our insurance adjuster. We were thankful to have competent, helpful, pleasant people guide us through an unexpected, unpleasant flooding experience.

Bill and Codey have done a few jobs for me. They are always on time and communicate everything very well. From start to finish I know what's going on and how they tackle the issues. Its hard to find a good plumber but to find a great one is even harder. Five stars for all 6 jobs they have done for me...

Very honest staff

Never on time, they can be 5 minutes away for 45 minutes or plain not show without explanation. They do not give timeframes for arrival most of the time, you could be waiting for them all day. Asked and was told i would get camera footage from their pipe camera to show me issues, never got; asked for written explainer of issues from project manager, was told it would be done, never got. Tried to charge me 6500 for repairs that were free under city responsibility, for a different repair they said they'd charge me 1500 for a water line repair if it didn't take them too long, or 1800 if it proved difficult; it's a repair anyone can do for $40 but had them do it as wanted the warranty on the job. Had already dug up and exposed the entire pipe for them, took them all of 10 minutes of actual work and about 90 minutes of trips to home depot as he got the wrong item first time for repair. Still charged me 1800... So to recap, will either waste much or all of your day, if they show at all, will promise things they'll never do, lie to your face and charge you as much as they possibly can, possibly even for things they know you can get done for free by city. Don't ever use these people, ever

Sacramento sewer and drain was on time and on budget! Russell was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend him to all my friends and family in need of a professional plumber. He not only solved my plumbing problems but he gave me peace of mind!

We use American River Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. George is always professional. We highly recommend George for any of your plumbing issues. This is at least the fourth time he has come to our rescue. You don't realize how important it is to have a reliable, dependable and timely person answer the phone when you have an emergency. Too bad there are only five stars to give. We would have given him ten.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
