Some of the most important things for me when meeting someone are a kind approach, someone who takes their time, and a business that values REAL customer input. In a polite follow-up, Sacramento Plumbing addressed my concerns and gave me comments on my yard. They showed courage, honesty, willingness, and integrity throughout the entire process. Anyone I come into contact with will get my recommendation for Sacramento Plumbing.

2 days before Thanksgiving and we had a water leak. We called Park Mechanical, and they sent out Tom to see what was happening. He arrived just before dark, suited up, and went under out house to check out the leak. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional, he did a really great job. Fixed the leak, talked to us about the cause and remedy for future prevention (rodents). I would also like to mention Ron, who had been out earlier in the day for another situation with our heat. He was the one who found the leak. What a great team!! We will be calling Park Mechanical for our future need! Thanks so much!!

Ken responded to our call on a Saturday morning when our sewer line was completely backed up. When he couldn't find the problem right away, he charged me nothing for the call and came back on Sunday to figure it out. He was straight forward with all the repair options and prices, and was really great to work with. Will definitely use him again!

I was fortunate enough to find Jimmy of Flowrite Plumbing, who is an excellent plumber and craftsman. He is clean, neat, thorough and very knowledgeable in his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

We recently moved in to an older home (built in 1914), so the first thing we knew we needed to replace were the pipes and water heater. Dave immediately impressed me upon our first meeting and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. One of our main concerns was being without water for too long, and he made sure that the job was done quickly, but correctly...and ensured that we had water each evening when we returned from work. We love new pipes and the the tankless system, and he was even able to replace the drain pipes that were not part of the initial estimate while he was here. I would highly recommend Dave for his professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

Very responsive, Kevin got us scheduled for an estimate within a day of our water heater leaking and replaced the next day. The installation was quick and done without mess or issues despite the tight space.

No service to report because they refused to find and fix my leak.

It seems they didn't want to be on the hook for quality work. Bizarre.

Another company came out and said the computer in my tankless was just about fried and was no longer manufactured. They suggested replacing the entire unit to the tune of almost $4000. Mitch from the Right Guys Plumbing fixed the unit for $320. He explained everything, great service, and a real professional. Call him first.

I would recommend Vanderveer Plumbing to my family and friends in a heartbeat! Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They are incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and even spend extra time giving me pointers on how to take care of smaller plumbing issues on my own, which saves me money. I’m a new home owner and Bill and Cody have patiently listened to all my questions and explained so much to me-Thank you guys for your help!!

Very honest staff

I had a leaky Sprinkler Control system near the shutoff valve that needed repair. The previous landscaper did a horrible job (Now I know) where he used the wrong PVC and shutoff valve and also used taping that now I know covered shoddy work. I called Sacramento Sewer & Drain and Tyler answered. After explaining the issue, he asked to send a picture of the issue and my address. He said he could make it over in a few hours (which was really a nice surprise). Once Tyler came over, he explained the reason for the leaking, gave me a very fair price to fix and then headed over to the local hardware store to get the parts. Within 20 minutes he was back and within 1 hr he fixed the leak. Can't tell you how pleased I was at Tyler's professionalism, expertise and easy going manner. While the glue on the fixed pvc piping was drying, I showed him the kitchen water filter as I never exchanged it in over 1 year. He explained how to shut off the water valve, and take out the 4 water filters to be replaced. He offered to come back if I still had trouble exchanging the water filter underneath our kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Sacramento Sewer & Drain for any of your sewer, water repairs. True professional and always looking out for his customers. They are a small business with Russell as well. Both gentlemen are top notch. In fact I have a rental property in Sacramento where we need sewer and Drain repairs and I received one quote that was astronomical. I will let Tyler take a look and see what price point he has. Can't say enough about this company. Old School customer service that treat their customers fairly with a long-term customer loyalty approach without gouging the customer.
