Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

I called Ace to get a tub faucet and ac system repaired. Two technicians came out within the same time frame to make the repairs and were excellent. John repaired my faucet after locating the parts quickly. Thank you! Also, Aaron was an excellent AC technician. He knew exactly how to figure out the issue and went above and beyond to fix a shoddy repair and was able to explain the issue to me so I could understand what happened and how he needed to fix it. He fixed it within a couple hours the same day. I am very impressed with his knowledge and determination. Thank you so much!

Ryan did excellent work and represented Gallagher’s Heating and Air very well. He arrived on the job prepared, demonstrating awareness of COVID-19 mask and social distance requirements. He explained the work he would perform before starting. And, after Ryan finished, he reviewed all routine cleanings and adjustments he performed. He included any additional options for me to consider.

OMG! They saved the Day!!! We decided to change the shower head and hot/cold nob and recaulk the bathroom before guest come this week. The shower head went as planned but the hot/cold lever was broken. My husband got it off but couldn't get the broken part out that was stuck in the copper pipe. We had the water shut off for hours already but we couldn't turn the water back on because water was coming out of the wall. Here it is Sunday late afternoon. Who do we call? We went down the list and Ken Stephenson of All Sacramento Plumbing was 20 minutes away!! He arrived, saw what he was up against and then left for Home Depot down the street from us. They were out of the parts and so he drove to Power Inn Home Depot. He found what he needed and got back to us. He got the job done and was on his way! Thank You for being there when we needed you! This man is by far the RUDEST businessman (used loosely) that I have EVER encountered. I can't believe the business is operational

They are sitting on water heater repair issue for 21 days. Response is pathetic. They have no clue. The lady on the phone does not the status of when the repair will happen and the so called supervisor is absent all the time

Chris did an awesome job fixing the knobs and spout for both of my bathrooms. He got it done on the same day of request. Prices are affordable. He'll work with you! Great customer service!
