Our toilet started backing up and filling up our bathtub (yuck). We saw the great reviews 5 Star had and called right away. This was pretty early like 8am and they picked right up. They asked a few questions and sent someone over immediately. Our plumber was very nice and knowledgable, it took a little extra time to figure things out because it's an old house but he was very transparent the whole time about pricing and what he was doing. He fixed the problem and in the future I would 10/10 use them again.

I had a clogged main and they came out in an hour and fixed it quickly. It was inexpensive and they were polite and professional. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. I recommend them if you need a plumber.

I called Paul at 9 and he and his coworker were able to get to my house by noon to unclog my garbage disposal. They were friendly, fast, and communicative. I would use them again and really appreciated the free consultation. Everywhere else I called demanded a fee just to come out and take a look. Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
