After a recent leak caused flooding in my home, I decided to have it repiped as soon as possible. On a Friday, I called them for an estimate, and they were there within the hour. They showed up the following day after we agreed and immediately began working on the house. They were exceptionally well-informed and professional. The quality of their work and the satisfaction I feel in my home are both excellent. They have earned all of my future business and the referrals of my friends and family.

Another extremely satisfying encounter with a Sacramento Plumbers technician. Damian was meticulous and took the time to explain his findings regarding my air conditioning unit. He exceeded expectations and was both professional and knowledgeable. The service's scheduling was also superb. I continue to recommend them highly.

I've been dealing with a clogged sewer lateral for about two years; I eventually bit the bullet and started looking into getting this repaired.

Charles came out right on time and gave me an incredibly detailed walkthrough of what his plan was for investigating the pipe. He also explained to me what he was doing each step of the way.

When it came to scheduling the full work, it was easy and stress free.

The team (Jeff, Chris and Bubba) were all incredibly nice, thoughtful and very hard workers. They got here on the day of the job and were literally finished within several hours. They came back the next day to verify the inspection and complete the backfilling.

Could not have been happier with their service. They're not only hard workers, but down to earth. I enjoyed talking shop with them and they all taught me a lot about what they were doing and why!

Will definitely use Domco again! Our kitchen sink backed up this morning and Domco sent a tech out by 11:45am. Very fast and great service plus very reasonable prices! Jose was awesome and very professional and fixed our sick quickly! Will only be using Domco in the future!

I've been using Sac Val for years both for my home and my customers' homes. Each and every time I get professional, quick, and courteous service, and today was no exception. Had the unfortunate experience of the sewer backing up at my own house, and called, within two hours the first guy arrived and then some helpers--Tim, Tim, and Ken. All worked on the two sewer lines I have until all was free and clear. Thanks guys.

Levon and his team were awesome! I found him on Angie’s list and he called me after submitting the request right away. Levon was very professional on the phone and in person. He wore a mask and shoe protection in the home. Levon was very polite, knowledgeable, and finished the repairs quickly!

Friendly, honest and dependable!

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
