I called Vango off hours because I needed a professional plumber to run a new pipe because during my kitchen remodel. Eddie, the technician came in quickly and immediately knew what needed to be done to get the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. While I had him at the house, he offered a complimentary inspection to make sure everything is draining properly. I strongly recommended Vango Rooter to my friends and family.

They were professional from start to finish. They kept me in the loop via email/text all the way up to the time Tyler showed up. Tyler was absolutely AWESOME and I'd hiring him in an instant if I was a plumbing contractor! ;) He was professional, honest, hard working, low-pressure, and highly knowledgeable! He used a camera to detect root blockage in my outdoor drains. He then used their hydro system and all roots are now gone. He was able to show me exactly where the roots invaded my pipes, so I can contact a landscaper and do some more preventive maintenance. He even found a few more drains that had been covered up by our ground cover, making them useless until now. Our technician John was so thorough with all he did and he went into all details with different options available to me. This is a very well run organization and well worth a few extra dollars.

I have had a very positive experience with Shields Plumbing! Scott came to address several plumbing issues in the house I recently bought. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing issues and is efficient, professional, and skilled at what he does. He was able to locate and identify the problems and repair them quickly. He insulated pipes, repaired a whole house water filtration system and reverse osmosis system, repaired an outdoor water leak, installed bathroom sink and tub/shower faucets, and hooked up the ice maker in my new refrigerator. He did all of this while also being very pleasant to be around. I was very comfortable with him working in and around my home. In addition to all of this he was VERY reasonably priced! He also communicated very well and showed up when he said he would and assured me that I could call him if there were any issues with any of his work! I HIGHLY recommend Shields plumbing!

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

I booked through our home insurance. It took three days to get a message that I had to book an appointment through Advanced Plumbing directly. I got an appointment about a week out for 3/16. The tech that was supposed to come out today, 3/16, had personal issues so he could not make it. Their fault right? Best they could do was reschedule another week out on 03/23. You would think they would try to accommodate by offering after hours service because it was their problem that they could not make it or get me a next day appointment. Nope, you go to the back of the dispatch line. They didn’t even ask what the issue was. Called the home warranty company and tried to get another company. I guess all the plumbers were busy as the person I talked to said there were no earlier appointments.

Tech was supposed to be there between 0900 - 1100. When I asked for a status, he had problems with his vehicle and would be on his way. I got an email and call saying he was on his way and a link to a tracker. The tracker showed he wasn't moving. When I called almost half an hour later, he was getting gas and he was 40 minutes out. He finally arrived and said the repairs done earlier hadn't been adjusted correctly and he corrected them. About an hour after he left, we noticed the problem started again.

We cancelled the renewal on our policy with the home insurance company and signed on with another insurance company. The new company allows use to choose a tech if we aren't comfortable with who they dispatch as long as the company is licensed and bonded.

But we wanted the toilet fixed. We called our home insurance company and they said they were still liable since the work wasn't completed while our policy was in effect. We were given a 04/01 1 - 4pm appointment.

Update: Advanced Plumbing was scheduled today, 04/01 between 1 and 4 pm. We received a call at 2:19 saying the tech was running behind and would be late. Not a problem. Received another call at 15:44 that the tech wouldn't be able to make it because the call ran long. Next available appointment will be 04/06 from 10 - 1. This is the second time they rescheduled and the reschedule date is a week of. When they can't make an appointment, you go back into the dispatch queue as if it is a new call. Their excuse: They are a plumbing business. I guess that means: they don't care, they don't have to.

This company stole some equipment from me after I loaned it to them since they did not own the equipment and the cost for the equipment was around $2,500 we're done other work with this company and thought that they were a good honest company but come to find out they're just a bunch of crooks I would not trust them in my house or around my house they have never once tried to repay me for my equipment or give my equipment back I hope people read this review and understand where I'm coming from if you do use them good luck and I hope they do not rip you off. By the way when they borrowed the equipment I had owned a plumbing company in Rancho Cordova. Just to keep in mind they used to be called Sutherland Plumbing why did they all of a sudden change their name because they were so honest and such a good and Reliable Plumbing Company that people should keep calling them probably not!!!!!

If your sewer is backing up, you are NOT having a good day. Mr. Rooter was on the job fast and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. They gave me a quote prior to making repairs and offered additional recommendations to avoid the problem in the future. The technician was clean, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I have called Boyd plumbing out on two separate occasions since they earned my trust from the very first appointment. Jeremy and Kyle came by and installed new pipe and drain to relocate my washer into a closet space across the room. Now I have a laundry room. Second call was to relocate my kitchen sink from central wall to a window wall. Job was completed in 3 days and Jeremy made me a cabinet to hold my existing sink temporarily until my kitchen remodel was completed. Awesome job and was quickly approved by the city inspector. Thank you so much for a job well done!!!
