Re: 3 leaking faucets (kitchen sink, bathtub, bathroom sink)

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointment.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

After having another company come out to clear a clogged sewer line serving my kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and having a bad experience, I called The Trenchless Company (TTC). The appointment was booked for between 5-7pm on a Saturday, but a technician became available earlier and arrived around 1:30pm. After snaking the sewer line for approximately 20 minutes, the technician. Manuel, was able to clear the line, which the other company failed to do after three attempts and some serious attempts at upselling overpriced and unnecessary services. I also have a follow up appointment in the next couple of days for a camera inspection of the inside of the pipes that was included in the very reasonable price of the service. I'll update this review as necessary after the next visit, but at this point, I would highly recommend TTC for plumbing repairs to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Manuel and TTC for clearing the line and restoring the use of our kitchen and washing machine!

Great experience using this company to install a new kitchen faucet! They were responsive in answering my call and accommodating in a timely repair. The repairman was prompt, courteous and efficient. Their quote was 30 percent less than a second quote. Excellent customer service!

Rooney's did a spectacular job handling the plumbing aspect of our bathroom remodel. We live in an old home and the plumbers encountered a number of weird issues -- they even found a flannel shirt in the wall behind the bathtub! They powered through, worked around any delays, and solved problems on the spot. They were on-time, polite and thoughtful, and the bill matched the estimate. Can't ask for much more than that. Would recommend.

My home warranty company sent them to come clear a clog. They could not complete the job because they did not have the correct tools. It’s been 3 days since the work, and same day plumbing has not sent in the information to the warranty company to proceed and send out a better company that can actually do the work. They have basically lied and said they would contact the warranty company. I have talked to my warranty company twice a day and they have not been contacted by this company. My kids need to take a bath. They are none responsive. Almost impossible to get ahold of. I 100% do no recommend this company.
