Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

After 20 years in our home, two water heaters were long overdue for replacement and both were in tight spaces. We got recommendations from friends and a couple of bids for the first one last spring. WH Only had the best bid and the least complicated way to replace an 80-gallon dinosaur tank that could no longer get past lukewarm and made threatening noises in the middle of the night. Their estimator and installer Brandon was on time for both visits and did an outstanding job of removing and replacing the old heater with a safer and more efficient model, although the job took three hours longer than anticipated. Thoroughly professional and courteous throughout and great cleanup. Second replacement was today, following a recent service call by WH Only to relight the remaining heater. Dillon arrived on-time and completed the job ahead of schedule. We'd highly recommend this company and its staff for anyone in need of water heater service or replacement in our region.

Jeff arrived right on schedule and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a broken external water pipe which had caused us to have no water in the house. It was a great relief to have someone who was so transparent about the required work and worked efficiently to get us back up and running! Jose and Daniel came out nice and early and on time and identified the problem with the sump pump. Something was clogging it and they cleared it up right away. Great service, great guys!

What can I say about my experience with Mr. Rooter other than I highly recommend them as a choice for your plumbing needs. The dispatcher was super friendly and responsive. Worked with my schedule and was very pleasant while doing it. My technician team was Jacky and Dave who were very friendly and professional. Jacky and Dave diagnosed my repair quickly and repaired my shower with excellence. They even educated me on how to do some things with my shower. These guys are top notch. Without a doubt I would recommend these professionals.

Very honest staff

I was having a very bad month. My washing machine broke on me so I went to Lowe's and bought a new one. The next morning it was shipped to my house and installed by there technicians. The next day I woke up to flooding in my house. It really made me sympathize for the people that were in the path of the hurricane. I got on the phone with a couple of plumbers that wanted to charge to much and would take to much time. Luckily I called Absolute and the response time was quick. Kareem the plumber came to my house as a savior. I didn't know what was going on, but Kareem quickly identified the problem. The drain pipe for the washer( I don't know if I'm calling it right) was stuffed improperly into the exit drain. (Still don't know the proper words) basically it was the technitions fault that Lowe's sent me. Kareem gave me a good price to do the job properly. He helped me save my dry wall and wood from molding. The plumber fixed the problem professionally in a timely manner. He gave me a recipt then told me to go to Lowe's where I can get my some money back. After drying up my house from the flood, I went to Lowe's the next day and was able to get a refund for the damages there technitions caused me. I would like to personally thank Kareem for his professionalism and saving the day. If I am ever in a plumbing emergency I will call Absolute Rooting.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
