The technician fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem in less than 1 hour. In and Out it was done. The repair expense was far more reasonable compared to other quotes given to make a home service call. I will not hesitate to call them for future home plumbing service problems and/or recommend them to friends who need help with their plumbing repair.

Thanksgiving morning started with clogged drains in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. A local plumber had no technicians available and recommended Zoom. Maurice came out in uniform and asked questions about what we were experiencing and looked at the outside clean out drains. He clearly explained what we were seeing and the options available for correcting the problem. He took drain pictures to show the finished project and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

Rooney's Plumbing is the best service in the Sacramento area. I have used their services quite a few times. I was surprised when a young woman showed up to unclog my toilet. She did an excellent job. Friendly people. The woman that answered the phone was super nice. She took my call, without putting me on hold. Great Service Rooney's Plumbing! Highly recommended!

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

Having out water heater blow-out on a Saturday was the worst thing that could happen because most places are closed. Water Heaters Only was contacted and they sent out one of their technicians who was on his day off to come out and replace out water heater. Brandon Nelson was the technician they sent and he spent 3hrs plus replacing the water heater including doing the plumbing for hot water recirculation pump  that is installed in the house. He did an excellent job and quickly considering the amount of work was needed to complete the job, he was at our house until after 7pm and kept a great attitude during the job. A definite recommend for water heater work.
