These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

Furnace died. Getting estimate for replacement this evening. Technician Kevin Brown was wonderful. He explained everything to me so that I understood what needs to happen.

I called VanGo to have a part replaced in my commercial water heart. The technician showed up and started cutting/ taking things apart. The workmanship was rough on the water heater, and he was having a hard time removing a small crew even. 20 minute into the work he said it cannot be done and I will need a new water heater then left. My water heater was left more broken than it was before. His manager called later and said he would stop by to take a look. But never showed up or returned my calls.

We have used Flowrite Plumbing for all of our service needs for several years. The timely response and excellent service we've received is the reason we will always use their service.

I was very unhappy with price , and upset , but upon on emailing them finding out there was a misunderstanding, they thought my toilet tub and washer needed service with pipes , that it was only my tub and toilet that ,I actually said flooded by my washer , not that my washer needed pipe snake service as well , they refunded me that cost which was a significant amount to where it would of affected something more important me taking my dog to vet , without any argument , they just said it was miscommunication, and this meant so much to me since , not only was I in major car accident this week , I was graced to come through unharmed , then fractured foot on from broken snow globe , I dropped and slipped in water , and my dog of many years sadly passed away and then my downstairs flooded all at same time with in 3 days one of the worst weeks of my life , they were unaware of this horrible week I’ve had , and It was just going to be cherry on top the bill , They made my week in in darkness see a little glimmer of light . Thank you , They refunded me over 200 dollars which I used to take my sick dog to vet , everything is for a miraculous reason .

I called at 2 pm on Monday for a crack in the toilet tank. Michael said he could have someone there between 4:30 and 6:30. At 5 pm Justice called and the toilet needed replacement. He left text at 7 pm with a photo of installed toilet.

This was in a tenant occupied 2 bed 1 bath unit. It was urgent and Plumbing solutions did it!!! And did it well. Thank you.

Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. If you find you are in the same situation, we highly recommend Dave and Sacramento Repipe! Our house is now repiped and passed inspection and we feel so relieved. Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

Not good to there employees. They definitely need to work on that for sure. Hopefully they get better at that for sure

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

This company stole some equipment from me after I loaned it to them since they did not own the equipment and the cost for the equipment was around $2,500 we're done other work with this company and thought that they were a good honest company but come to find out they're just a bunch of crooks I would not trust them in my house or around my house they have never once tried to repay me for my equipment or give my equipment back I hope people read this review and understand where I'm coming from if you do use them good luck and I hope they do not rip you off. By the way when they borrowed the equipment I had owned a plumbing company in Rancho Cordova. Just to keep in mind they used to be called Sutherland Plumbing why did they all of a sudden change their name because they were so honest and such a good and Reliable Plumbing Company that people should keep calling them probably not!!!!!
