I had a really bad problem with a clogging sink that was worst than I thought and calling 1st Plumbing Davis was the best idea, not only were they professional but didn’t leave until everything was ok. I would recommend it a 100%.

Heating and AC service can be a nightmare. Some companies will straight up try to scam you. Park Mechanical is honest and does a great job.

Re: 3 leaking faucets (kitchen sink, bathtub, bathroom sink)

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointment.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

Very much liked and appreciated both sets of Trenchless crews who came out to unclog and scope my drain, respectively. (same day). I had lots of questions of which all we’re answered and am now equipped to make an informed decision on what to do next. The crews were both professional and personable and I never felt pressured. We've made an appointment through Home Depot. Upon confirming the appointment both via phone and text message, nobody showed up. The worst part is after calling Beutler, they said it was my fault, stating that they couldn't get a hold of me and they've sent the technician somewhere else. Worst customer service, my money will be going to a company that cares.

We were among the first of a group of 10 neighbors that choose Sacramento Re-pipe over competing bids in a neighborhood last May 2016 with about 2,300 homes plumbed with kitec pipe, which has a history of failures. David Ortiz and crew re-plumbed our 2,800 ft sq house in a day and a half, never left us without water, and did an excellent job. All 10 neighbors were very satisfied with the work completed. Since then more and more neighbors have had their homes re-piped by Sacramento Re-pipe. Highly recommended!

I called about my water heater. The owner came out and was able to install a new water heater on the same day!!!

The staff were pleasant. Carlos made the repair and did an excellent job as he explained the issue and the repair process. They charge by the job which is nice however the rating is primarily for the the pricing, which was a bit expensive.

Real professionals and a pleasure to work with. These guys get things done!

Chris came over with his crew, they were very polite and professional. He was able to tighten the leak from our dishwasher quickly with no charge. He gave us an honest and informative quote to have the kitchen sink replaced. He was also able to explain why we have been having an issue with our water heater turning off randomly. We will be calling him back when we are able to have those issues corrected.

Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price! Thank you for helping to get us back up and running with hot water and no more leaking faucet!
