Our water heater had a major leak. We called VanGo Rooter who was very professional and prompt. After explaining our water heater leak problem over the phone, VanGo Rooter sent Paul to assess the problem. Paul was very professional and explained what the issue was. We knew our water heater was too old and needed to be replaced. Paul confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the tank having a big hole at the bottom caused by rust and deteriorating water heater tank. Paul was able to replace our water heater the same day. We are very satisfied and happy with Paul. We will definitely use VanGo Rooter for future plumbing issues.

I called for proper installation for washer and dryer hook- up because I was having water leakage. Jesse Reese came over promptly and installed water lines and tubing for dryer. He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional.
