Best Plumbing Camera Inspection in Sacramento CA

I was lured to rooterhero with 77 unclogging deal. I turn down a $200 emergency quote which could’ve been done the night before.I was told the deal does not apply to my sink and that it would be $300. And that my garbage disposal will be 600 and something dollars.The drain took about 15 minutes to unclog. We have no complaints on the service except for the pricing issue.

I Love working with this company. They are always spot on with communication. They get the job completed in a timely manner and always to satisfaction. I call them for every plumbing job in this area, and they never fail to exceed expectations.

I had an issue with my toliet not draining 2 weeks after another plumber “fixed” it. The same toliet was not draining again but this time it happened on a Saturday. After my home warranty plumber agreed to come Sunday morning, they no showed. I called Zoom Drain because we needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday. They called me within 15 min of my email! I received a same day appointment. Kyle came within 2 hrs of my initial call. He took the time to explain what was missed by the first plumber. He showed me that there were rocks and sticks in the line that caused the stoppage. After he finished, he took the time to show me the pipe on the video to show all of the rocks and debris was removed. Kyle emailed the photos and video of what he found in the pipe with a receipt. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy, reliable plumber to help me in a desperate situation!

They are the best, hands down. I will never use anyone else. I’m a skeptical person but I’m very confident in this company. Mr. Will is a great technician hands down. He located the problem in two minutes whereas another company came the day before and charged me $500 and didn’t fix the problem.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! When I called about our sump pump not working, Mike came out the next morning, crawled under our house, and let us know exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. The very next day, Mike & Anthony worked all day to install the new pump. As with any older house, there's always an issue and they ended up having to jackhammer some cement to install the new sump pump basin. They didn't stop work until 9pm when they finished! And, they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work! Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, professional, and dedicated. We are super happy!

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. Charles did a quick and quality job fixing our broken tub faucet. He was a professional, as he was respectful, had a very kind and friendly manner about him which made me feel at ease while he was in my home. He went straight to work and took care of the problem in a matter of 15-20 mins. I highly would recommend him to my family, friends and professionals.

The initial contact was timely but service has gone south since then. First i called about 2 faucet and a whirlpool tub. The tub was a claw foot and 2 technicians were sent. The one in charge thought that the evaluation would be too difficult and automatically said that parts of the repair was not covered and they had to stop though the second tech said theirs access screws on the tub that would give them access to the plumbing. I had to move the claw foot tub a couple of feet to fix it. Something that the second tech they sent at a different time was not necessary. Then the faucet. I am being told that only one is broken but since it's a pair both will be replaced so i said ok. The 3rd appointment the secondary tech from the 1st appointment only brought 1 faucet so i asked if both was being replaced and was told no. I asked why and i was told that the warranty only approved 1 faucet to be replaced based on the 1st plumber's assessment. When the tech started replacing the fauces he started replacing the one that the initial guy said was not broken because the flow of water was so low and i had to inform him that he is working on the wrong faucet. He then told me that it is obvious that both faucet were broken, now the lies started at the office level. When the tech asked for authorization to fix the second faucet he was told the office spoke to my home warranty and they declined it. I reached out to my home warranty company and it was clear that within the 10 min. they had, no calls were made to them so now here i am asking my home owners warranty for a second opinion since one of my faucet, according to Advanced plumbing tech is running at about 40% but the office is declining to fix.
