Steve came within 2 hours of when we called for our emergency leaking and then he had Andrew come out within 2 hours the same day to get a brand new water heater installed. We had Heald Mechanical (Doug) come out last Spring and put a whole new Heating and AC Unit's in. These guys don't cut corners and are honest in all their work. I would use them again and refer them to others without a question.

I was referred to Absolute Rooter & Plumbing Service by my home warranty company. I spoke with Kareem and he was very friendly on the phone, and despite the fact that he was being paid by my warranty company, and not me - he offered me his first available. I appreciated that so much!

I was not home when Kareem did the repairs but I am told he was very fast and very professional. I am very pleased with the work he did.

I am writing this review for a very interesting occurrence that happened while Kareem was at the house. When he was done, the water would not come back. He went back around the house and tried everything to figure out what the problem was. He informed us he has tried everything and was unsure why it would not come back on? He had other appointments and had to leave. The reason the water did not come back, is because unrelated work was being done in my neighborhood and the city had turned off our water. No problem! This is where I was impressed....Kareem called me back the following day to ensure that our water had come back on and that we did not need him to come back. Are you kidding me!? That is amazing customer service! I could not believe he was so polite to call back and offered to come back. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely would use him the future. Thank you!
