Best New Water Heater in Sacramento CA

Didnt try to diagnose problem ,went right to up sale which was twice as much as 2 other plumbers. Complained about not getting paid for service call. Didnt even attempt to light pilot and see if it worked.

My hot water heater had a leak, due to the bottom rusting out. I called River City to get a quote. David answered my call, and was super helpful. He was able to not only get me an amazing price on the work, but was able to come out the next day. Their willingness to come out that quickly saved my garage of the possibility of the water heater completely rupturing. Thank you, River City. I will make sure to tell everyone about you.

I moved to Sacramento 6 months ago after purchasing my property.
I needed a plumber so I called several, and Alvin called back right away while other plumbers failed to return my calls in a timely manner. Alvin is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fair priced. He really knows his craft and it shows. He never tries to up-sell and, educates you on how to save money by maybe doing some things yourself. Jason Walker our Sales Rep. came over today and gave us a few options. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. It was one of the greatest Sales presentation I have experienced. There was no high pressure sales or making us feel like we needed the most expensive system. Val was referred to me by a friend when I had a leak problem in my home. Val responded immediately, his diagnosis was spot on, and he fixed the problem in a professional way. He was also very respectful by wearing a mask. He also helped in assessing fixed water pressure issue and worked late into the evening to solve the problem. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem.

Just had my house repiped by this company. They did a great job!! They made a job that seemed painful, as painless as possible!! I'm picky with my house, and my house looks the same as it did when they were done!!

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I'm definitely a fan and will use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!
