I can't say enough nice things about Sac Plumbing Solutions - specifically Justice and Mike. I called Mike really late in the afternoon with a water heater problem and he was able to send Justice the same day which I wasn't expecting. Justice is a true professional and he does clean and efficient work. Instead of trying to sell me a new water heater he suggested replacing a part and a deep cleaning which should get me another 8 years of use out of my existing unit. The fix worked and within a few hours of calling in I had hot water again. I've already decided that when this unit goes out I will be in touch with Sac Plumbing Solutions to get a tankless unit installed.

These guys at 5 Star Plumbing were awesome. Woke up to a cold shower in Friday morning. Put in a request for service at 10. Received text message that a worker would be out by 1:30. Got switched to a different worker (Adam) for 2:30, but then Adam texted to ask if he could come earlier at 12:30. Hell yeah! Adam arrived ready to replace the thermocoupler, but then showed me that there was a leak which doused the pilot. The water heater had gone bad! Adam said he could have one there and replaced that day! Hell yeah! Adam left his tools to go get the water heater, which was a reassuring sign that he'd be back soon. I was busy working in my home office. Before I knew it, it was afternoon and Adam was finished. My new water heater was installed and updated to new codes. I had a hot shower to end my Friday and start my weekend. Great service and fast! Thanks 5 Star!

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

I saved over $2000 by getting a second estimate after this one! It was less than $600 elsewhere. The estimator tried very hard to act nice so I have to give 1 star, but I am so glad I was able to afford it elsewhere.

When we bought our new house in Sacramento, we found that the new house had Kitec plumbing and we have to re-pipe our entire house. After getting 5 quotes, we went with EAMS plumbing and

1. Chris was able to complete the entire repipe on time.
2. His quote was less than almost everyone and he was honest and upfront. He was not pushy about the nice-to-haves.
3. We were out of country the entire time and Chris kept us posted on the progress and patient oul answered our questions.
4. Chris also oversaw the drywall patching work (he referred us to an awesome drywall & paint guy (Bret Zipprian) who was also phenomenal to work with.
5. When we had a couple of questions 2 months after the job was completed and Chris stopped by our place immediately to clarify our questions.

I would highly recommend Chris for your all your plumbing needs (complex and simple) and he will be our go to guy for me and my family going forward.

Appointment was between 12-4. I feel that $298 to install a toilet ring was excessive. He arrived at 3:50 and the charge hit my cc at 4:23. The seal cost $20.
