Best Home Plumbing System Inspection in Sacramento CA

On Sunday, June 3, 2012, I could hear my a/c unit outside struggling to turn on. I immediately sent an email to Ace Plumbing advising them they could come out on Monday, because I thought I could stand the heat for one day. About 30 minutes after I hit SEND on their website, I got a call from Dennis who said he'd be out SUNDAY!!! I was so excited! He asked about the problem and I described it to him and he diagnosed how much it would cost. I was so happy that I could get it fixed today and not worry about the heat!!! Dennis showed up 5 minutes early (how's that for service?), made the repair in less than 45 minutes and we have a/c again!!! Ace Plumbing is great! They fix it quickly and correctly the FIRST time!! I will definitely call them again!!!

Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

The plumber from 1st Plumbing Davis actually gave me a mini-course in plumbing in order to understand the issues and arrive at a solution that my fiance and I were comfortable with. The company was great at communicating arrival windows and even provided a tracking link so that I could track his journey to me and I knew to the moment when he arrived. He was quick in the installation of our new toilet, left no mess and the pricing was fair.

Sewer was backing up on a Saturday morning . I asked a real estate agent what company she would recommend . She said trenchless. I called and Steve H. came a few hours after the call. He took care of the problem and showed me with the camera what caused it and what would be the best solution to prevent future similar problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost of the spot. I agreed with the estimate.
Less than 2 weeks later, Steve came back with Luis & Glen. He described what needed to be done and the team really delivered. They worked really hard to have everything completed in one day. They described and explained what they were doing . All my questions were answered .The work was performed according to what was promised.

This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! Highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. These guys can do it all. Glad I came across this company. Thank you Justice, Jose, and Grace for a pleasant experience!

5 Star came out to do an inspection on a house I am buying. They responded right away and were able to schedule the appointment very quickly, which was great. I had no issue with the job, except that the person on the phone told me the fees for service call and if they needed to scope the pipes (they didn’t), but did not say there was a separate cost for the inspection. When the guy finished the work on site, he told me it was $100 more than expected. On the phone I was told paying in cash meant a discount, so they should have told me all possible costs. Since an inspection was the expressed reason I called them, they should have told me what it cost when I scheduled the job.

Sacramento area plumber fixed all my problems in a short amount of time. I like how professional they were and also appreciate the honesty. I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member.

I had 3 bad experiences with them now.The first time they failed to show for first appointments after my wife took off work. Said I needed a new heater. I replaced the whole system because the cost difference wasn’t that much. Price was very expensive compared to another quote received. However, I was thinking perhaps the premium meant I was paying for better quality. I was wrong. The installers left a mess in my front yard and installed my O2 sensor ridiculously crooked on my wall. Thus, I should not have been surprised when the unit stopped working a year later.When I called them the tech came out and showed me the unit was out of gas. Unfortunately it was only under parts warranty by that time and only the broken parts qualified. So I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money in labor and gas with dye to recharge the unit. I was also forced to sign up for their membership to receive a small discount on the cost.Then they came out a month later when some of the dye’d gas had leaked. This allowed the, to find the leak. The tech showed me pictures indicating that the original Bonney installers had damaged my condensing coil when they put it in and that’s why the gas leaked out. However, even though it was clearly their fault and not a manufacturers defect I still had to pay labor to fix the issue. Again this labor was insanely expensive.The entire experience left me feeling very taken advantage of and I will never let them in my home again.

The day before Alex, from Domco came out, I had a weird and overpriced estimate for a slow draining tub. I decided to call Domco who was referred to me from another plumber that was busy. I’m happy he did. Alex quickly resolved the slow draining tub on the spot and for MUCH less than the estimates given to me from the other plumber. I will definitely be calling Domco in the future for plumbing needs. Thank you!

Advanced plumbing came to repair my broken water main. Tech explained in detail all he needs to do. How long will it take and priced it fairly working within my budget. Work was completed efficiently and I had my water to home as promised within time frame allocated by tech. Definitely using them again.
