We have used Ace Plumbing since we bought our house in 1975 and without exception have always been pleased with their service -- from installing a new sewer line, installing a new toilet and sink faucets, unclogging the kitchen sink a number of times over the years, to replacing a leaking hot water heater this time. Joe Bailey came promptly to replace the water heater, answered all my questions, explained things every step of the way, and shared good information about what we could do to make this water heater last a very long time. Joe is a knowledgeable plumber and I truly appreciate having him do the job. He gave prompt and excellent service and I will specifically request him the next time we need a plumber.

One of the only businesses that responded to my inquiry during the weekend. and with a reasonable prices, They provided me a quote and set up the time to come and fix the issue(s). The literally came the next day. Both of my toilet were clogged due to my kiddo putting his toys inside the bowl. I also needed them to replace something within the flusher they did everything i asked for in less than 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Justice and Jesse are an incredible duo. They are hard workers who are efficient and left our house clean every day. The City of West Sacramento inspectors were highly impressed with their repiping and installation of the Type M copper pipes. They also provide a 5 year warranty on pipe replacement.

Also, I can't forget Grace! Communication was above and beyond expectations! The job wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her. She started the process for our permit the moment we accepted their help. She even communicated with the City of West Sacramento to set up our appointments for post-work inspections. We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Their texting system to communicate the logistics of the upcoming appointment was helpful. I highly recommend their services and working with Charles was easy. Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

They cancelled my appointment two separate times because I didn't return their call fast enough. I had even *confirmed* my appointment over the phone the morning of my 2nd appointment. They called again just before the plumber was dispatched and i returned their call within TWELVE MINUTES and they had already sent the plumber elsewhere and needed to reschedule for a third time because I had not called back with 10 minutes. I was not going to make arrangements for a 3rd time to stay home for half the day anxiously awaiting their call and drop everything I'm doing to make sure I answer call back in 10 minutes. Worst service policy I've ever heard of.
