Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

I had a really bad problem with a clogging sink that was worst than I thought and calling 1st Plumbing Davis was the best idea, not only were they professional but didn’t leave until everything was ok. I would recommend it a 100%.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions recently finished re-piping our entire house, both sewer and water. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job. We have an older house with several issues that no doubt caused them to spend more time than planned but they never complained. We also requested copper pipes, which required a lot of soldering and custom connections. We had many questions along the way that Mike always handled patiently and thoroughly. Justice and Anthony were also terrific.

Sacramento Plumbing Solutions also coordinated the city inspection process (we passed) and have been back a few times to tie up loose ends after wall and tile repairs were completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our request to wear masks while inside. Grace, who handled billing and some of the scheduling from their office, was also great to work with.

I was very pleased with the service call and outcome. The initial call for appt was quick and easy. Tech Eze Om arrived almost two hrs earlier than scheduled. Much appreciated. He followed his usual protocol to correct the blockage somewhere down in the toilet drain. He used a snake in the sewer line but stated it was clear. He then attempted to clear the blockage from the toilet but that did not clear the blockage.He called to explain the status and receive my approval to pull the toilet to proceed with the next step to try to clear the blockage. This protocol was explained to me during my initial call that might lead to an additional charge for the toilet removal. He then proceeded to pull the toilet off to run a longer snake down the line where the blockage was located and eventually cleared the blockage.The tech was professional, on time, clear in his explanation and followed the protocol as was explained to me by the initial office staff. I will definitely consider utilizing them in the future when the need arises.

Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. If you find you are in the same situation, we highly recommend Dave and Sacramento Repipe! Our house is now repiped and passed inspection and we feel so relieved. Anthony was fine and explained things well but the pricing was outrageous . I found someone for less than half the amount quoted.

He is a joke. He is overpriced. Not knowledgeable like he thinks he is. He talks disrespectfully about other plumbers work in front of customers (me). That is unprofessional. I do not Recommend him at all. Scammer. Thief. Bad manners. Rude. That about sums it up. Water heater went out after a couple weeks. I called someone else who is actually knowledgeable to fix it this time.

Did not know this would be a book. I've edited to include additional information and references show a more coherent timeline.

I booked through our home insurance. It took three days to get a message that I had to book an appointment through Advanced Plumbing directly. I got an appointment about a week out for 3/16. The tech that was supposed to come out today, 3/16, had personal issues so he could not make it. Their fault right? Best they could do was reschedule another week out on 03/23. You would think they would try to accommodate by offering after hours service because it was their problem that they could not make it or get me a next day appointment. Nope, you go to the back of the dispatch line. They didn’t even ask what the issue was. Called the home warranty company and tried to get another company. I guess all the plumbers were busy as the person I talked to said there were no earlier appointments.

Tech was supposed to be there between 0900 - 1100. When I asked for a status, he had problems with his vehicle and would be on his way. I got an email and call saying he was on his way and a link to a tracker. The tracker showed he wasn't moving. When I called almost half an hour later, he was getting gas and he was 40 minutes out. He finally arrived and said the repairs done earlier hadn't been adjusted correctly and he corrected them. About an hour after he left, we noticed the problem started again.

We cancelled the renewal on our policy with the home insurance company and signed on with another insurance company. The new company allows use to choose a tech if we aren't comfortable with who they dispatch as long as the company is licensed and bonded.

But we wanted the toilet fixed. We called our home insurance company and they said they were still liable since the work wasn't completed while our policy was in effect. We were given a 04/01 1 - 4pm appointment.

Update: Advanced Plumbing was scheduled today, 04/01 between 1 and 4 pm. We received a call at 2:19 saying the tech was running behind and would be late. Not a problem. Received another call at 15:44 that the tech wouldn't be able to make it because the call ran long. Next available appointment will be 04/06 from 10 - 1. This is the second time they rescheduled and the reschedule date is a week of. When they can't make an appointment, you go back into the dispatch queue as if it is a new call. Their excuse: They are a plumbing business. I guess that means: they don't care, they don't have to.
