I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

I will definitely recommend Armstrong plumbing. I had another company out last year and they were here about 30-40 mins. and it cost me considerably more and the price kept changing (although it started as a fixed price). Armstrong charges by the hour/half-hour and I really felt that I got my monies worth and that the problem is really handled this time!

I don’t typically leave many reviews, just felt it was necessary this time. Josh the technician who preformed our maintenance service, was great. Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Huft gave us a realistic evaluation of our aging HVAC system. Jet took care of the proximate issue and advised on the options for replacement/upgrade. Very satisfied !

My house is 30 years old. It looks like it's time to replace everything. The problem with the home's original kitchen sink is that it's made with enamel coating, and is totally rusted. I consulted two so-called plumbers, they said they couldn't fix it. Last Thursday, the garbage disposal unit broke. I went to Home Depot the next morning. I met their plumbing specialist, David Duncan, who referred me to Super Mario Plumbing. Within a minute, Super Mario called me, and then I sent the first picture to him. He gave me a reasonable labor price. Now I have a new stainless steel kitchen sink, much larger than the old one. I highly recommend Super Mario Plumbing!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
