Best General Maintenance in Sacramento CA

Working with this company has been one of the most exasperating experience I’ve had in years. I wanted a new kitchen sink. I thought it might be difficult, because of the size and depth it had to be. The first plumber I worked with said it could be bought and installed the same day. Then he came back and said it to be ordered, and would be here the next day. He brought it the next day, left it, and said someone else would be coming to install it. The other plumber came, took out the old sink, tried to put in the new one, and found it was too small. He ordered a different one, and said it would be available the next week, and he would install it. He didn’t come the day he assured me he would; I called him, and said he was still waiting for the new sinkAnyway, after the old sink was reinstalled, there was leaking underneath. The plumber said it was because the parts in there were old. They were, but they weren’t leaking before he worked on them. He came twice to try to stop the leaking. After new parts were installed, there was still some leaking. I tried to get in touch with a manager. After I made three calls over a two-day period, someone got back to me. He lied, and said he would come to see what was going on. Three hours after the time that I said I was available, I called him to see if he was coming. I got his voicemail, and never heard from him again.After two weeks the new sink was installed. It works ok, but the dishwasher was reinstalled crooked. It sticks out on one side. The plumber would probably say it had to be that way to fit the new sink in. That might make sense, except the dishwasher fit fine with the old, same-size sink. Maybe the plumber could have done a better job it he hadn’t been on his phone most of the time, with personal calls.If you want something done right, the first time, this is definitely not to company to call.

This is my first review ever and I am thankful that providing amazing customer service and experience still matters to this business. They have a customer for life; 10/10 recommend!!

The technician from 1st Plumbing Davis did an excellent job getting the water heater back up and running. He took the time to explain everything he was doing so that I could understand. Not only did I get a repair but also an education on how the equipment worked. It was a great learning experience as well. I highly recommend this company!!

Wall. Prior to that he removed a outdated lathe and plaster vent hood

And re finished the hole in the celling

Do not use these people. Here is my story.

I called in the morning and they said they would send a plumber out between the hours of 2 pm to 4 pm. At 5 pm the plumber arrives and finds the issue and needs to have authorization from my house owner before fixing the toilet. Ok fine.

My owner isn't reachable at the start so the plumber has to go and will come back later. 3 hours later my owner tries to call the plumber and texts me that she authorizes the payment. So I call the plumber to have him come back and explain the text from my landlord has the authorization (literally it is the phone number from the one they have on file of where the owner is from).

They say no problem. But then 45 minutes later I get a call back that tells me the manager has recalled the plumber because they want a VERBAL confirmation and a text message from the owner of the house is insufficient. What? I mean seriously, what century are we living in?

I ask, why is their any difference?
Response: It is in our policies.
Can I talk to the manager?
My manager isn't in tonight
Ok, can you email me your policies?
I can send it to you tomorrow
Ok what? Are you just making this up then? How can you quote me policies that you don't know where they are?
Can we schedule you for tomorrow?

No...No thanks don't bother coming. Thanks.

I mean seriously, how can they literally not render service when
1) I have the authorization to pay for
2) WILL in face pay for
3) Have credible proof of authorization.

Don't use these folks. They are inflexible and a time sink even when you are going to pay and will just flat out make up reasons why they can't provide you service.

We went outside to the garage and it was flooded. I immediately called Bonney.
Aldolfo was fast and very professional. Bonney plumbing was able to send help within 20 minutes. I was amazed at the amazing and efficient service. He cleaned out the drain that was clogged and stopped the backup. Thank you, Aldolfo for being wonderful.

Heald Mechanical replaced my 30 year old HVAC system. Doug gave me options of different brands and explained what he liked and didn't like about the different bands. In the end we chose a system that we both felt would work within my budget. On instal day they arrived on time. They were very clean and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend Heald Mechanical to my friends, family and you.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns.
