I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Val from this company (Golden Valley Plumbing) did an excellent repair of the pinhole leak in our plumbing. The leak was found at 9 o’clock in the evening on a Saturday. I contacted him around 9:30 and he immediately answered my call. He scheduled a visit for 9 o’clock Sunday morning and promptly at 9 o’clock he sent a text from my driveway. He was a very friendly, courteous, friendly, caring and professional individual. Professionally he knew his business and went right to work. He worked efficiently and with confidence and caring for both my family and myself. He kept us informed as to what he was doing and took pictures and videos of before and after the repair was finished. His court for the repair was more than reasonable and his clean up was excellent. I highly recommend Val, his company and most importantly his wok and his work ethic were impeccable. I highly recommend this person and his work.

Do not use this company. They super unprofessional. The owner chris is racists and talked very bad about his own employees to myself and my husband. He also told me I should go to hell. Chris didn't do what he said he would do and I know have another problem because he didn't put my sprinklers back the way they should be. He cursed at my husband and I in front of my child. Do not use this company.
