I had my pipes back up on a Sunday, of course. I was very stressed about emergency plumbing fees. The plumber on call, I wish I remembered his name, was outstanding. He explained how they charged and knew exactly what was wrong just from my description and knew where the clean out was based on my home age and location. Incredible. He came out got to work and fixed it in less than 30 mins and for less than 1/2 the cost I expected.

Our kitchen sink began backing up this weekend. We tried every simple thing we could to clear it, but the clog was deep in the pipes. While googling how to clear a deep clog, the name Zoom Drain popped up. The website said they were fast and efficient at exactly what we needed; a cleared drain pipe. I submitted an inquiry online, and much to my surprise they had availability right away (availability shows on the website….which is so helpful for planning my day). Someone from Zoom Drain called and left me a voicemail (I was busy putting the sink back together) and followed up with a text. I text back asking for any time slot today. I got an instant response with my preferred time that I had selected on the website. The technician (Kyle) text me when they were half an hour away from my home. Arrived on time and ready to work. I was given a quote within minutes. This quote never changed and that is what I paid at the end. The technician brought in the heavy duty auger and got to work. Our blockage was deep to the sewer line, but he got it cleared! I paid extra for the enzyme treatments to prevent this from happening again. Kyle was fantastic through the whole process. I could not be happier with how this whole process turned out. I was stressed over the plumbing and Zoom Drain made that stress go away. Thank you so much! Needed a clog cleared in our main sewer run under the house. They showed up on time, promptly zeroed in on the problem and got things flowing normally again. Also went above and beyond by running the camera down the line to where it ties into the street just to make sure the rest of the pipe was in good working order. They've been my go-to for over a decade when it comes to plumbing troubleshooting.

Our water heater malfunctioned on Friday night and a friend highly recommended this plumbing company to us. I called at 7AM on Saturday morning and explained what happened to Tony. He was at our house within an hour and after doing an inspection, recommended that the ~15 year old water heater be replaced. He picked up a new one and returned about an hour later to complete the job. He was very thorough and installed the needed items that were lacking with the old water heater. The project was completed to our full satisfaction. We are very happy with how good Tony was to work with. We trust his skills and integrity, and would not hesitate to hire him to do future plumbing work in our home.

This second review is not as good as the first.Install done last Thursday. Friday turned on cooling for 1st time and went to bed. Woke up to 85 temp indoors. Was not cooling and off switch not responding. Called customer service Saturday morning and was placed on high priority.No call back till Sunday afternoon.Scheduled service for Monday between 8 - 12:00. No one showed up.This is second time no one showed up. Received message tech was on the way at 1:00. Did show up at 2:30.Spent 5 hrs trying to fix, changed thermostat but apparently not the right one. Tech said needs to come back but gave no schedule. So system is still not working correctly.

We rent and the owners just had all the pipes replaced a couple of weeks ago, after our kitchen faucet was running little more than a trickle for the second time in six months. They hired Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing. Great crew; professional yet personable, went straight to work and wasted no time. Jeremy was the head crew member and made me feel comfortable having them in & out of the house. Jeremy also showed us the build up in the galvanized pipes (it was so nasty and unhealthy). The dry wall guys did nice work and they all cleaned up after themselves. I recommend these guys for all the reasons. Great crew, super efficient, quality work, great work ethic. If we buy a home we'll be calling them when we need this kind of service.

We have a warranty on the house which uses this company. They showed up and refused to fix the issue and wanted us to pay extra to fix an issue due to the original install was not done correctly. Why not just fix the issue and not ask for addition $$. Watch out for this company!

The item was originally installed by a different company. Now this company is trying to indicate it wasn’t so that they could get more business.
