Best Drain Inspection in Sacramento CA

Our drain that is for our washer was overflowing and I saw a deal in an ad and my husband called and they scheduled to come between 3-5. Caden called a little before 3 and said he was on his way. He came and cleared the drain and was very knowledgeable about the different options for long term treatment for dealing with this issue. He was very thorough and patient and explained things even to me so I understood the process. I am very please with the service and the job Caden did. I highly recommend this company.

My plumbing emergency happened on a Sunday, and I'm thankful that Ace was available to give me a hand. I was given a two hour window, from the time of my call, in which they'd arrive. It only took about 40 mins. for them to get to me. It was a tough job. I live in an older house and years of corrosion made for real challenge when it came to releasing a valve that probably should have been replaced years ago. Gerry, the technician, didn't grumble. He was super friendly and approachable. No mansplaining from this guy. Just professionalism and courteousy from start to finish. He even helped replace a P-trap for free because my amatuer work had a small leak. Comparitively good price compared to Armstrong (who I also like, but they're not available on Sundays). I think Ace's job was more of a challenge and took longer, but the final cost was about the same.

Five Star plumbing is very responsive and very good at their work. My house is old and has very weak plumbing, and apparently now has a clogging issue with the main sewer line being invaded by roots from a nearby tree. Five Star has been able to open an investigation and take video of the clog, fix the clog, and continue video recording the remainder of my sewage line. They’ve taken time to educate me (I am first time home buyer) on what to look out for and how to mitigate future clogging. Within minutes of leaving my home, I’ve received via email an invoice, a service summary, and my video of my pipes. Thank you Five Star!

July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!

Owner of comapny pulled gun on someone asking them to put shopping cart back to the corral.....imagine what could happen if you disagree on work he's done! dont put yourself at risk, go somewhere else
