Technician came out late on a Friday afternoon, was professional, identified and fixed the issue with my air conditioner in less than 30 minutes. All charges and warranty were explained before work started, and after work was completed, walked me through the fix, how to best maintain the unit, and how to contact them if I needed further services. Jeremy, the technician, was beyond helpful, and highly recommend using Ace for all HVAC needs moving forward.

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

This company is a Navien water heater specialist as I was having issues with mine after 10 months of installation. They did not install my water heater but I needed a Navien specialist to diagnose it.
I paid them 160 for them to come out for 20 minutes to tell me it was my condensate line, which seemed kinda weird to me as there was no signs of it backed up.

But the machine decided to work when he disconnected the condensate line and didn't even bother getting on Navien tech support.

The heater goes out again 2 days later and I needed them to come back. Once again he tells me it's the condensate line and tells navien I didn't have any fall on the neutralizer.

None if this made sense to me since I delivered 90 new homes with the same set up with no issues.(I'm a construction manager)

Long story short, I had to call Navien tech myself to ask 2 series of questions to figure out I had a internal leak on the heat exchanger and newwrx told me since they didn't install it they did not want to touch it, unless I buy a new one from them.

I ended up going with Clark and rush as their tech knew the issue and got the part warranty.

If you want a navien tankless or need a specialist stay away from this company their tech probably needs more training.

Only thing good about them is their scheduling on showing up at the time alloted.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. This is Susan, Doug's wife. I ran out of gas in his truck across the street from their business. I had no phone because I had just gone to storage to look for it and couldn't locate it. I also had o'henry, my precious little dog with me and a swollen knee which made it difficult to walk. I walked across Elkhorn Blvd. Very slowly and finally made it to their business . The clerk was very kind in letting me use her personal cell phone since I couldn't use the business phone. She was busy when I finished. I wanted to wait a few minutes to call back to make sure my husband got ahold of someone to come since he had had a stroke recently and wasn't too efficient with the phone and my knee was swelling up and hurting. This other foreign lady came up to the window and said no. This is a service establishment. You can't sit here for a few minutes and I don't know if you can use her phone again (since she was busy I guess). So I hobbled across that busy street again and thankfully my husband was able to get ahold of someone to come rescue me. Very unsympathetic and unfriendly . They made me feel like a homeless person or undesirable. I would never ever use this company.

My water heater had a major leak. I remembered meeting Jimmy from Flowrite Plumbing at a home show a couple of years before. I was interested in a hot water circulation pump he had on display. I pulled out the business card he had given to me at the show and gave Flowrite a call.

I’m glad I kept that card. Jimmy installed both a water heater and the hot water circulation pump. Jimmy was courteous and professional from beginning to end. He really knew his business. I would recommend using Flowrite Plumbing to all.

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
